Just nu, med dagens medianl\u00f6n, inneb\u00e4r det en l\u00f6n p\u00e5 33 390 kronor per m\u00e5nad. Beslutet m\u00e5ste vunnit laga kraft. Du som arbetsgivare riskerar sanktioner om du har illegal arbetskraft. Vissa bristyrken och s\u00e4rskilda grupper omfattas av ett l\u00e4gre l\u00f6nekrav, motsvarande 75 procent av medianl\u00f6nen. Det g\u00e4ller exempelvis vissa roller inom v\u00e5rd, teknik och specialistyrken samt vissa nyutexaminerade, startupanst\u00e4llda och personer som omfattas av massflyktsdirektivet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013  Enligt Migrationsverkets f\u00f6rtydligande till\u00e4mpas dock \u00f6verg\u00e5ngsbest\u00e4mmelser fram till den 1 december 2026. Bland annat inf\u00f6rs krav p\u00e5 helt\u00e4ckande sjukf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring vid kortare vistelser. Dessutom \u00e4ndras reglerna f\u00f6r internationella studenter fr\u00e5n om med den 11 juni 2026, d\u00e4r arbetstiden begr\u00e4nsas under terminstid till h\u00f6gst 15 timmar per vecka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det finns n\u00e5gra undantag, bland annat att begr\u00e4nsningen av arbetstid inte g\u00e4ller under juni\u2013augusti.
