{"id":88091,"date":"2026-05-27T13:08:51","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T11:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/?p=88091"},"modified":"2026-05-29T11:09:04","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T09:09:04","slug":"nya-regler-for-mertid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2026\/05\/nya-regler-for-mertid\/","title":{"rendered":"Information om nya regler f\u00f6r mertid,\u00a0national&shy;dagen, l\u00f6nerevision mm"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Mertid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den 1 juni har de nya reglerna f\u00f6r mertid tr\u00e4tt i kraft p\u00e5 alla Servicef\u00f6retagens avtal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inf\u00f6randedatum f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra olika avtal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 april 2025 \u2013 Specialservice med Fastighets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 januari 2026 \u2013 Serviceentreprenad med Kommunal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 mars 2026 \u2013 Hemservice med Kommunal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 maj 2026 \u2013 F\u00f6nsterputs med Fastighets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 juni 2026 \u2013 Serviceentreprenad med Fastighets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen inneb\u00e4r att mertidsers\u00e4ttning tas bort ur avtalet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist\u00e4llet g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r deltidsanst\u00e4llda att om de blir beordrade att utf\u00f6ra arbete ut\u00f6ver det som \u00e4r schemalagt s\u00e5 ers\u00e4tts s\u00e5dant arbete med \u00f6vertidsers\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Var noggranna med att endast ha en rutin d\u00e4r ni godk\u00e4nner \u00f6vertidsarbete p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhand och aldrig i efterhand. Om ni godk\u00e4nner \u00f6vertidsarbete i efterhand \u00f6kar risken f\u00f6r en tvist med medarbetare kring om \u00f6vertidsarbetet var godk\u00e4nt eller inte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e5gra s\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka undvika \u00f6kade kostnader i samband med denna f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se \u00f6ver nuvarande bemanning och var er mertidskostnader \u00e4r som h\u00f6gst. \u00c4r det m\u00f6jligt att exempelvis h\u00f6ja syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon medarbetare som f\u00e5r mertid eller \u00f6vertid varje m\u00e5nad?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ramavtal<\/strong> \u2013 det kommer fortsatt att vara m\u00f6jligt att anv\u00e4nda ramavtal vid tillf\u00e4lligt behov av arbetskraft och vid kortare anst\u00e4llningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formable.se\/almega\/ramavtal-fastighetsanstalldas-forbund-1?_gl=1*gutyyj*_ga*MTkxNTg3MjU0Ni4xNzM3NzIwMDc4*_ga_R7YY023KGY*czE3Nzk3MTEyNjIkbzYwMCRnMSR0MTc3OTcxMTI5MiRqMzAkbDAkaDA\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.formable.se\/almega\/ramavtal-fastighetsanstalldas-forbund-1?_gl=1*gutyyj*_ga*MTkxNTg3MjU0Ni4xNzM3NzIwMDc4*_ga_R7YY023KGY*czE3Nzk3MTEyNjIkbzYwMCRnMSR0MTc3OTcxMTI5MiRqMzAkbDAkaDA\">Mall Ramavtal \u2013 Fastighetsanst\u00e4lldas f\u00f6rbund<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formable.se\/almega\/ramavtal-serviceentreprenad-kommunal-1?_gl=1*t494gt*_ga*MTAyODU4MTQ4NS4xNzYzMzY3MzAy*_ga_R7YY023KGY*czE3Nzk3NzUyODQkbzMzNSRnMSR0MTc3OTc3NTQ1NyRqNjAkbDAkaDA.\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.formable.se\/almega\/ramavtal-serviceentreprenad-kommunal-1?_gl=1*t494gt*_ga*MTAyODU4MTQ4NS4xNzYzMzY3MzAy*_ga_R7YY023KGY*czE3Nzk3NzUyODQkbzMzNSRnMSR0MTc3OTc3NTQ1NyRqNjAkbDAkaDA.\">Mall Ramavtal Serviceentreprenad Kommunal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c4ndring av syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad under begr\u00e4nsad period<\/strong> \u2013 det kommer ocks\u00e5 fortsatt att vara m\u00f6jligt att g\u00f6ra till\u00e4ggsavtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exempel: en medarbetare \u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledig under tre m\u00e5nader \u2013 d\u00e5 \u00e4r det m\u00f6jligt att g\u00f6ra ett till\u00e4ggsavtal med en annan medarbetare och ex. h\u00f6ja syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden f\u00f6r den medarbetaren till 100 % under de tre aktuella m\u00e5naderna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.formable.se\/almega\/andring-av-anstallningsvillkorbefattningsysselsattningsgrad-under-begransad-period?_gl=1*4zf1o1*_ga*MTkxNTg3MjU0Ni4xNzM3NzIwMDc4*_ga_R7YY023KGY*czE3Nzk3MTEyNjIkbzYwMCRnMSR0MTc3OTcxMTM1NSRqNDckbDAkaDA\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.formable.se\/almega\/andring-av-anstallningsvillkorbefattningsysselsattningsgrad-under-begransad-period?_gl=1*4zf1o1*_ga*MTkxNTg3MjU0Ni4xNzM3NzIwMDc4*_ga_R7YY023KGY*czE3Nzk3MTEyNjIkbzYwMCRnMSR0MTc3OTcxMTM1NSRqNDckbDAkaDA\">Mall \u00c4ndring av anst\u00e4llningsvillkor\/befattning\/syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad under begr\u00e4nsad period<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nationaldagen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I samtliga av servicef\u00f6retagens avtal f\u00f6r b\u00e5de arbetare och tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n g\u00e4ller att det \u00e5r n\u00e4r Nationaldagen infaller p\u00e5 en l\u00f6rdag eller s\u00f6ndag, erh\u00e5ller anst\u00e4llda 8 timmars ledighet med l\u00f6n. &nbsp;Notera dock att det finns olika kvalifikationsregler f\u00f6r r\u00e4tten till ledighet i respektive avtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ledigheten proportioneras f\u00f6r deltidsanst\u00e4lld i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u00f6nerevision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notera datum f\u00f6r l\u00f6nerevision i v\u00e5ra olika avtal som \u00e4r f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 april Specialserviceavtalet med Fastighets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 april Servicef\u00f6retagens tj\u00e4nstemannaavtal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 juni Serviceentreprenad med Fastighets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 september Serviceentreprenad med Kommunal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 oktober Hemservice med Kommunal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 november F\u00f6nsterputsavtalet med Fastighets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Branschvana Serviceentreprenad med Kommunal 1 september 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har ocks\u00e5 en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring g\u00e4llande branschvanan i avtalet f\u00f6r Serviceentreprenad med Kommunal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 kronor\/m\u00e5nad efter 2 \u00e5rs branschvana samt ytterligare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>550 kronor\/m\u00e5nad efter 4 \u00e5rs branschvana samt ytterligare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 kronor\/m\u00e5nad efter 6 \u00e5rs branschvana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Notera att arbetstagare inte ska g\u00e5 miste om redan intj\u00e4nat branschvanetill\u00e4gg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exempel: En person anst\u00e4lls med 3 \u00e5rs branschvana men hinner inte uppn\u00e5 4 \u00e5rs branschvana innan niv\u00e5erna \u00e4ndras i l\u00f6nerevision 2026. Den anst\u00e4llde anst\u00e4lls d\u00e5 med branschvanetill\u00e4gg om 650 kronor, enligt de tidigare niv\u00e5erna, och kommer inte s\u00e4nkas till 250 kronor trots att den anst\u00e4llde inte \u00e4n har kommit upp till 4 \u00e5rs branschvana. N\u00e4r personen sedan uppn\u00e5r 4 \u00e5rs branschvana erh\u00e5ller personen 150 kronor extra, och branschvanetill\u00e4gget uppg\u00e5r d\u00e5 till 800 kronor vilket \u00e4r i linje med de nya niv\u00e5erna fr\u00e5n 1 september 2026.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Branschvana Hemservice fr\u00e5n och med 1 oktober 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har \u00e4ven f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring g\u00e4llande Branschvana i avtalet f\u00f6r hemservice d\u00e4r vi har ytterligare ett steg efter 4 \u00e5rs branschvana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Branschvanetill\u00e4gg erh\u00e5lles vid l\u00f6nerevision enligt f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 kronor\/m\u00e5nad efter 2 \u00e5rs branschvana samt ytterligare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 kronor\/m\u00e5nad efter 4 \u00e5rs branschvana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e5gor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Har ni fr\u00e5gor om exempelvis de nya mertidsreglerna s\u00e5 \u00e4r ni v\u00e4lkomna att h\u00f6ra av er till Almegas jour eller till v\u00e5ra kontaktpersoner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du n\u00e5r jouren p\u00e5 telefonnummer&nbsp;08-762 69 90.
