Samtidigt \u00e4r det viktigt att VD f\u00f6rm\u00e5r se l\u00f6ner inte bara som en kostnad utan ocks\u00e5 som en investering, det vill s\u00e4ga att h\u00f6gre l\u00f6n kan vara v\u00e4lmotiverat om det genererar ett motsvarande eller st\u00f6rre v\u00e4rde tillbaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">VD ansvarar ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att l\u00f6neprocessen som helhet fungerar v\u00e4l i verksamheten. Fokus ska ligga p\u00e5 den egna utvecklingen och prestationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att ha realistiska f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar. L\u00f6nes\u00e4ttning handlar i grunden om prioritering inom ett begr\u00e4nsat utrymme.
