Problemet uppst\u00e5r n\u00e4r kroppen aldrig f\u00e5r chansen att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig. Utan \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning riskerar ett l\u00e5ngvarigt stressp\u00e5slag att leda till oh\u00e4lsa, vilket m\u00e4rks p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt hos olika personer. En medarbetare vet vad den ska g\u00f6ra, men inte vilket resultat som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas. Har h\u00f6ga ambitioner men oklara m\u00e5l. Vill leverera men vet inte vad som r\u00e4cker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Det \u00e4r arbetsgivaren som \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r arbetsmilj\u00f6n, och chefen \u00e4r arbetsgivarens verktyg i detta arbete. Men man kan inte g\u00f6ra det sj\u00e4lv. Vi m\u00e5ste prata med varandra. Om man upplever en otydlighet s\u00e5 ska man som arbetstagare signalera att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r otydligt. Den pekar ut m\u00e5let, att f\u00f6rebygga oh\u00e4lsa och skapa ett v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende arbetsliv, men beskriver inte exakt hur man tar sig dit. Det kan k\u00e4nnas vagt, men tanken \u00e4r att varje organisation sj\u00e4lv ska identifiera sina risker och vidta de \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som beh\u00f6vs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett konkret st\u00f6d finns i Arbetsmilj\u00f6verkets f\u00f6reskrifter om organisatorisk och social arbetsmilj\u00f6 (AFS 2023:2). Att variera arbetsuppgifter, byta fokus en stund, titta ut genom f\u00f6nstret eller ta ett djupt andetag \u00e4r alla s\u00e4tt att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petra m\u00e5lar upp bilden av olika batterier: ett socialt, ett fysiskt, ett kognitivt och ett sensoriskt. Alla beh\u00f6ver laddas, och hur det g\u00f6rs \u00e4r olika fr\u00e5n person till person. Den som l\u00e4tt tappar energi i sociala sammanhang beh\u00f6ver kanske en stund f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv efter ett m\u00f6te. Som arbetsgivare kan du skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r det, exempelvis tysta rum eller en kultur d\u00e4r det \u00e4r okej att dra sig undan. Stanna upp och fr\u00e5ga: vad hos oss riskerar leda till oh\u00e4lsosam arbetsbelastning, och vad \u00e4r rotorsaken? Det \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta verktyget du har i arbetsmilj\u00f6arbetet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skapa tydlighet. Det kan aldrig bli f\u00f6r tydligt. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar, roller, prioriteringar och m\u00e5l beh\u00f6ver kommuniceras \u2013 och kommuniceras igen. N\u00e4r du tror att du \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt tydlig finns det oftast mer att f\u00f6rtydliga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning. B\u00e5de i stort och sm\u00e5tt, och anpassat efter att m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r olika.
