VD:s uppgift \u00e4r ju normalt att jaga kostnader och eftersom l\u00f6n \u00e4r den normalt st\u00f6rsta kostnaden i tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retag s\u00e5 \u00e4r naturligt att man ocks\u00e5 jagar l\u00f6n, men h\u00e4r g\u00e4ller det ju faktiskt att ocks\u00e5 kunna se l\u00f6n som en investering. Det vill s\u00e4ga att det \u00e4r klokt att betala mer bara man f\u00e5r mer tillbaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VD:s uppgift \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att se till s\u00e5 att det blir en bra process kring l\u00f6n i f\u00f6retaget. Det betyder ju inte bara att man ska h\u00e5lla det h\u00e4r \u00e5rshjulet l\u00f6nesamtal i tid etc. utan framf\u00f6r allt att l\u00f6neprocessen upplevs som ett positivt inslag i f\u00f6retagets verksamhet.
