Att medarbetarna behandlas schysst i l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen, att bevaka j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet etc. s\u00e5 att det inte blir n\u00e5gonting annat som p\u00e5verkar l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen \u00e4n varje medarbetares bidrag. Det h\u00e4r betyder att chefen har att fokusera kring l\u00f6n d\u00e4r relationerna mellan medarbetaren, mycket mera \u00e4n vilken niv\u00e5 l\u00f6nen \u00e4r p\u00e5. Utg\u00e5ngspunkten \u00e4r hur chefen tycker att varje enskild medarbetare ska bidra till resultatet, till f\u00f6retagets framg\u00e5ng, till lagets framg\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sv\u00e5righeten med det \u00e4r ju att veta vad varje medarbetare ska bidra med. Hur ska laget vara f\u00f6r att det ska bli s\u00e5 bra som m\u00f6jligt i helheten? Problemet \u00e4r ju tidsbristen. Chefer har ju s\u00e4llan tid att fundera s\u00e5 mycket p\u00e5 framtiden n\u00e4r man har s\u00e5 mycket i vardagen att ta hand om. H\u00e4r m\u00e5ste man skapa det h\u00e4r utrymmet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chefen ska bli en framtidschef i l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen. T\u00e4nka fram\u00e5t s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt. Det utg\u00e5r ifr\u00e5n ett genuint intresse f\u00f6r medarbetarnas utveckling.
