F\u00f6rhandlingen handlar om att lyssna och ta in synpunkter, inte om att n\u00e5 en \u00f6verenskommelse. Syftet \u00e4r att facket ska f\u00e5 insyn och m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka innan arbetsgivaren g\u00e5r vidare.<br><br>\u2013 Medbest\u00e4mmande betyder inte beslutsr\u00e4tt. Det st\u00f6rsta misstaget arbetsgivare g\u00f6r \u00e4r att tro att man m\u00e5ste komma \u00f6verens.
