Hela mertidsparagrafen s\u00e5gs \u00f6ver och vi kom \u00f6verens om att \u00a7 8 mertid i dess nya lydelse ers\u00e4tter lokala avtals regler om mertid fr\u00e5n samma datum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi enades ocks\u00e5, i samband med detta, om att \u00a7 7 mom 7 Ber\u00e4kning av \u00f6vertidsers\u00e4ttning \u00e4ndras fr o m 1 januari 2026 och att momentet i dess nya lydelse ers\u00e4tter lokala avtals regler om ber\u00e4kning av \u00f6vertidsers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n samma datum. Det centrala avtalets regel om att ers\u00e4ttning inte utbetalas f\u00f6r kortare tid \u00e4n 15 minuter i f\u00f6ljd vid \u00f6vertid\/mertid skulle allts\u00e5 komma att ers\u00e4tta lokala avtal fr\u00e5n \u00e5rsskiftet genom detta. Lokala avtal som ger r\u00e4tt till \u00f6vertidsers\u00e4ttning tidigare \u00e4n centrala avtalets 15-minuters regeln hade allts\u00e5 inte l\u00e4ngre g\u00e4llt i denna del fr\u00e5n \u00e5rsskiftet. Detta har skapat en os\u00e4mja i branschen och facken har haft sv\u00e5rt att f\u00f6rsvara det gentemot sina medlemmar. Nu \u00e4ndrar vi detta s\u00e5 att de lokala avtal som ger \u00f6vertidsers\u00e4ttning tidigare \u00e4n efter 15 minuter alltj\u00e4mt g\u00e4ller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rhandlingsavtal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom, f\u00f6r att undvika liknande situationer i framtiden, har vi ocks\u00e5 gemensamt best\u00e4mt oss f\u00f6r att utforma ett f\u00f6rhandlingsavtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rhandlingarna kring det nya f\u00f6rhandlingsavtalet s\u00e4tter i g\u00e5ng snarast m\u00f6jligt och parterna \u2013 T\u00e5gf\u00f6retagen inom Almega och de fyra fackf\u00f6rbunden inom sp\u00e5rtrafik: Seko, SRAT, ST och Sveriges Ingenj\u00f6rer \u2013 har till den 31 mars 2026 f\u00f6r att komma \u00f6verens.
