Under 2000-talet har flera direktiv om likabehandling inf\u00f6rts och p\u00e5verkat v\u00e5r diskrimineringslag. Trots det visar EU att det fortfarande finns of\u00f6rklarade l\u00f6neskillnader mellan kvinnor och m\u00e4n. Kvinnor tj\u00e4nar generellt mindre \u00e4n m\u00e4n i alla EU-l\u00e4nder, inklusive Sverige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har EU tagit fram l\u00f6netransparensdirektivet, f\u00f6r att synligg\u00f6ra l\u00f6neskillnader. Det \u00e4r ett dokument som st\u00f6rre arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste ta fram och l\u00e4mna in till Diskrimineringsombudsmannen (DO). F\u00f6retag med 99\u2013249 anst\u00e4llda ska l\u00e4mna rapport vart tredje \u00e5r, medan arbetsgivare med fler \u00e4n 249 anst\u00e4llda ska g\u00f6ra det varje \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapporten ska inneh\u00e5lla en sammanst\u00e4llning av l\u00f6ner och s\u00e4rskilt visa skillnader mellan kvinnor och m\u00e4n. Underlaget bygger p\u00e5 l\u00f6neuppgifterna i kontrolluppgifterna till Skatteverket, men arbetsgivaren beh\u00f6ver bearbeta materialet och dela upp det p\u00e5 k\u00f6n. Hur det st\u00e5r till med l\u00f6neskillnader mellan kvinnor och m\u00e4n i lika och likv\u00e4rdigt arbete, det ska framg\u00e5 av l\u00f6nekartl\u00e4ggningen. De ska s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att arbetsgivare l\u00e4mnar in sina l\u00f6nerapporter och de kommer att publiceras p\u00e5 DO:s webbplats. L\u00f6nekartl\u00e4ggningarna som ligger till grund f\u00f6r rapporten kommer d\u00e4remot inte att vara offentliga. Arbetsgivare som inte l\u00e4mnar in sin rapport, trots skyldighet att g\u00f6ra det, kan f\u00e5 betala en sanktionsavgift p\u00e5 mellan ett halvt och \u00e5tta prisbasbelopp beroende p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagets storlek. En handlar om l\u00f6neinformation i rekrytering. Arbetsgivare ska informera arbetss\u00f6kande om ing\u00e5ngsl\u00f6n eller l\u00f6neintervall f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nsten. Det beh\u00f6ver inte framg\u00e5 i annonsen, men ska tydligg\u00f6ras i rekryteringsprocessen, f\u00f6re l\u00f6nef\u00f6rhandlingen, f\u00f6r den som arbetsgivaren vill anst\u00e4lla. Syftet \u00e4r att ge den arbetss\u00f6kande m\u00f6jlighet till en informerad l\u00f6nef\u00f6rhandling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetsgivare f\u00e5r dessutom en skyldighet att, p\u00e5 beg\u00e4ran av en arbetstagare, informera om genomsnittsl\u00f6n f\u00f6r lika eller likv\u00e4rdigt arbete som arbetstagaren har. Det inneb\u00e4r mer administration, men ocks\u00e5 en h\u00f6gre grad av \u00f6ppenhet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom ska arbetsgivare tydligt redovisa vilka principer och praxis som g\u00e4ller vid l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttning. Arbetsgivaren ska presentera sin information om ing\u00e5ngsl\u00f6n eller intervall f\u00f6rst. Det \u00e4r till\u00e5tet att fr\u00e5ga om l\u00f6nef\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar, men inte \u201dvad hade du tidigare i l\u00f6n?\u201d. F\u00f6rbudet \u00e4r skadest\u00e5ndssanktionerat.
