Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gl\u00e4djande att landa ytterligare ett avtal inom m\u00e4rket, de ramar som arbetsmarknadens parter \u00e4r \u00f6verens om, s\u00e4ger Maria Eriksson, f\u00f6rhandlingsledare p\u00e5 Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6rbunden.<\/p>\n<p>Den nya avtalen g\u00e4ller fr\u00e5n och med 1 augusti 2025 och str\u00e4cker sig till 31 juli 2027 och har en total l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningsniv\u00e5 om 6,4 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Bransch kommunikation omfattar 20 f\u00f6retag verksamma inom bland annat post och flyg.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><em>Attraktiva och branschanpassade villkor \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstesektorns framg\u00e5ng och Almega str\u00e4var alltid efter att skapa de b\u00e4sta f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna f\u00f6r b\u00e5de arbetsgivare och medarbetare. Under avtalsr\u00f6relsen 2025 tecknar Almega sammanlagt 125 avtal, flest av alla arbetsgivarorganisationer.<\/em><\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Almega
