Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen har tecknat ett nytt kollektivavtal med Hotell- och restaurangfacket, HRF. Det nya avtalet str\u00e4cker sig \u00f6ver 24 m\u00e5nader med en total l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningsniv\u00e5 p\u00e5 6,4 procent.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Det k\u00e4nns bra att ha tecknat ytterligare ett avtal d\u00e4r samtliga delar ryms inom m\u00e4rket, de ramar som arbetsmarknadens parter kommit \u00f6verens om, s\u00e4ger Stefan Lennstr\u00f6m, f\u00f6rhandlingsledare p\u00e5 Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen.<\/p>\n

Avtalet str\u00e4cker sig \u00f6ver 24 m\u00e5nader med en total l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningsniv\u00e5 p\u00e5 6,4 procent inom vilken \u00e4ven pensionsavs\u00e4ttningar ing\u00e5r. Avtalet omfattar omkring 250 anst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 bowlinghallar i ett 40-tal medlemsf\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Attraktiva och branschanpassade villkor \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstesektorns framg\u00e5ng och Almega str\u00e4var alltid efter att skapa de b\u00e4sta f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna f\u00f6r b\u00e5de arbetsgivare och medarbetare. Under avtalsr\u00f6relsen 2025 tecknar Almega sammanlagt 125 avtal, flest av alla arbetsgivarorganisationer.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
