Avtalet \u00e4r tv\u00e5\u00e5rigt med ett samlat avtalsv\u00e4rde om 6,4 %, i enlighet med m\u00e4rket som sattes av industrin 31 mars. Samtidigt bildas en l\u00f6nepott om 1 088 kr per heltidsanst\u00e4lld, varav 544 kronor utg\u00e5r som generell l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning, medan resterande utrymme \u2013 motsvarande 544 kronor \u2013 utg\u00f6r en pott f\u00f6r f\u00f6rdelning i lokala f\u00f6rhandlingar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enas inte de lokala parterna om f\u00f6rdelningen av pott senast den 1 oktober 2025 ska ytterligare 218 kronor utges som generell l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning och resterande del av potten f\u00f6rdelas av arbetsgivaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r ungdomar fyllda 19 \u00e5r \u00e4r l\u00e4gsta utg\u00e5ende m\u00e5nadsl\u00f6n 23 273 kronor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r ungdomar fyllda 18 \u00e5r \u00e4r l\u00e4gsta utg\u00e5ende m\u00e5nadsl\u00f6n 21 905 kronor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c5r 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den 1 april 2026 h\u00f6js avtalets l\u00e4gstal\u00f6n f\u00f6r heltidsanst\u00e4lld som fyllt 20 \u00e5r till 29&nbsp;086 kr. Deltidsanst\u00e4lld arbetstagare som skriftligt beg\u00e4rt f\u00f6retr\u00e4de till h\u00f6gre syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad kan inte beordras att arbeta ut\u00f6ver sitt fastst\u00e4llda arbetstidsm\u00e5tt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 9 mom 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I rubriken stryks ordet \u201dmertid\u201d. Parterna \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att s\u00e5dana undantag i f\u00f6rsta hand ska regleras i lokal f\u00f6rhandling p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget. Innan lokal \u00f6verenskommelse tecknas b\u00f6r de centrala parterna konsulteras. Skulle de lokala parterna inte komma \u00f6verens om annat g\u00e4ller \u00a7 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7 4 Undantag f\u00e5r g\u00f6ras tillf\u00e4lligtvis, om det f\u00f6ranleds av n\u00e5got s\u00e4rskilt f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande som inte har kunnat f\u00f6rutses av arbetsgivaren. Arbetstagaren har d\u00e5 r\u00e4tt till motsvarande kompenserande viloperiod eller annat l\u00e4mpligt skydd. Om motsvarande ledighet inte kan ges i anslutning till det arbetspass som avbrutit dygnsvilan, ska arbetstagaren senast inom 14 dagar erbjudas motsvarande f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngd vila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Undantag fr\u00e5n dygnsvilan f\u00e5r inte g\u00f6ras f\u00f6r mer \u00e4n tre dygn i f\u00f6ljd, r\u00e4knat fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rsta arbetspassets b\u00f6rjan.
