Best\u00e4mmelserna om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldral\u00f6n i kollektivavtalet upph\u00f6r d\u00e4rmed att g\u00e4lla den 1 januari 2014 d\u00e5 den nya f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen inf\u00f6rs. F\u00f6r\u00e4ldral\u00f6n enligt kollektivavtalet f\u00f6r arbetare ska s\u00e5ledes inte utbetalas f\u00f6r tiden efter den 1 januari 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Den nya f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenningtill\u00e4gg tecknas via Fora. De f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsavtal som f\u00f6retaget tecknar i Fora ut\u00f6kas d\u00e4rmed med ytterligare en f\u00f6rs\u00e4kring. Fora administrerar \u00e4ven uppgiftsl\u00e4mnande och premiedebitering f\u00f6r Avtalsgruppsjukf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring (AGS), Omst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring, Trygghetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring vid arbetsskada (TFA), Tj\u00e4nstegrupplivf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring (TGL) och Avtalspension SAF-LO.<\/p>\n<p>Under 2014 kommer Fora att skicka en bekr\u00e4ftelse p\u00e5 den nya f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen till ber\u00f6rda f\u00f6retag som omfattas av f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen.<\/p>\n<p>Under 2014 kommer ingen premie att tas ut f\u00f6r den nya f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00e5 hanterar du som arbetsgivare f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet f\u00f6r arbetare fr\u00e5n och med 1 januari 2014:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>G\u00f6r l\u00f6neavdrag f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet som tidigare.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r\u00e4ldral\u00f6netill\u00e4gg enligt kollektivavtalet ska inte l\u00e4ngre betalas ut f\u00f6r tid efter den 1 januari 2014. Kollektivavtalet upph\u00f6r att g\u00e4lla i den del som avser f\u00f6r\u00e4ldral\u00f6n.<\/li>\n<li>Den anst\u00e4llde anm\u00e4ler f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet till AFA F\u00f6rs\u00e4kring. Arbetsgivare kan ocks\u00e5 anm\u00e4la men s\u00e5dan skyldighet finns inte. <span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';font-size: 11pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Anm\u00e4lan g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 webben eller per telefon till AFA F\u00f6rs\u00e4kring<\/span><\/span>. Den anst\u00e4llde ska, som tidigare, anm\u00e4la \u00f6nskem\u00e5l om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet till sin arbetsgivare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsvillkoren i korthet:<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Vem f\u00e5r ers\u00e4ttning och hur l\u00e4nge?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00f6rs\u00e4krad, som inom en ramtid av fyra \u00e5r varit anst\u00e4lld under minst 12 m\u00e5nader hos en eller flera arbetsgivare som tecknat FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen (kvalifikationstid), har r\u00e4tt till ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen under <strong>60 dagar<\/strong>. Anst\u00e4llningstid innan arbetsgivaren blev bunden av FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen f\u00e5r tillgodof\u00f6ras i kvalifikationstiden om den kan dokumenteras.Om anst\u00e4llningstiden uppg\u00e5r till minst 24 m\u00e5nader, inom ramtiden fyra \u00e5r, har den f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade r\u00e4tt till ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen under <strong>180 kalenderdagar<\/strong>, som ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringens maximala utbetalningstid per f\u00f6delse eller adoption.\n<p>Vid \u00f6verg\u00e5ng av verksamhet f\u00e5r anst\u00e4llningstid hos \u00f6verl\u00e5tande arbetsgivare tillgodor\u00e4knas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>N\u00e4r utges ers\u00e4ttning?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e4tt till ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen har anst\u00e4lld under en sammanh\u00e4ngande f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetsperiod enligt f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighets- lagen (1995:584) d\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenning p\u00e5 sjukpenningniv\u00e5 utges.<\/li>\n<li>Anst\u00e4lld har inte r\u00e4tt till ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen om mer \u00e4n 18 m\u00e5nader f\u00f6rflutit sedan barnets f\u00f6delse eller adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Vilken ers\u00e4ttning utges och hur?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ers\u00e4ttningen fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen utges med 10 procent p\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenningunderlaget upp till och med 10 prisbasbelopp (2014: 37 000 kr\/m\u00e5n.) och med 90 procent p\u00e5 l\u00f6nedelar d\u00e4r\u00f6ver. F\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenningtill\u00e4gget (FPT) ber\u00e4knas per dag och utg\u00f6r 1\/365 av f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenningunderlaget. Ers\u00e4ttningen fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen utges proportionellt mot uttaget av f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenning.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen ska den anst\u00e4llde till Fora l\u00e4mna de uppgifter som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r bed\u00f6mningen av r\u00e4tten till ers\u00e4ttning. AFA-F\u00f6rs\u00e4kring kommer senare att informera om det praktiska f\u00f6rfarandet kring att ans\u00f6ka om ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen. Arbetsgivaren kan ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6ra anm\u00e4lan men har ingen formell skyldighet att g\u00f6ra det.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>\u00d6verg\u00e5ngsbest\u00e4mmelser:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen kan \u00e4ven utges till anst\u00e4lld vars barn \u00e4r f\u00f6tt eller adopterat f\u00f6re den 1 januari 2014 om arbetsgivaren, enligt avtal, varit skyldig att utge ers\u00e4ttning motsvarande f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenningtill\u00e4gg under f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledigheten. Den tid under vilken s\u00e5dan ers\u00e4ttning utbetalats av arbetsgivaren ska avr\u00e4knas fr\u00e5n FPT-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen.
