Det \u00e4r huvudsyftet med \u201dsakliga sk\u00e4l\u201d. Och att man inte ska g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra v\u00e4gningar mot om man sk\u00f6tt sig tidigare eller kan sk\u00f6ta sig b\u00e4ttre i framtiden. Kraven p\u00e5 att arbetsgivaren \u00e4ven forts\u00e4ttningsvis som huvudregel ska vidta mindre ingripande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder \u00e4n upps\u00e4gning kvarst\u00e5r.
