Nu pr\u00f6vas fallet, mellan Almega och Unionen, f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen och r\u00f6r upps\u00e4gningen av en medarbetare i ett av Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagens class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som skett<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna i upps\u00e4gningsreglerna och, som ocks\u00e5 kommer att pr\u00f6vas i Arbetsdomstolen, \u00e4r bland annat att man inte l\u00e4ngre beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig till anst\u00e4llningstid och missk\u00f6tsamhet p\u00e5 grund av allm\u00e4n ovilja att f\u00f6lja anvisningar fr\u00e5n arbetsgivaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Tidigare kr\u00e4vdes \u00e4ven att man m\u00e5ste omplacera medarbetaren ett flertal g\u00e5nger innan upps\u00e4gning medan de nya reglerna inneb\u00e4r att det
