Arbetsgivaren avg\u00f6r sedan hur \u00e4rendet ska hanteras fram\u00e5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Som arbetsgivare har man ingen skyldighet att informera myndigheter om brott. Det man beh\u00f6ver t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 \u00e4r att om man v\u00e4ljer att informera \u2013 informera neutralt, \u201dNN har f\u00e5tt sluta sin anst\u00e4llning\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det g\u00e4ller att inte inf\u00f6r andra peka ut en medarbetare som klanderv\u00e4rd eller brottslig, f\u00f6r att undvika att det blir fr\u00e5ga om f\u00f6rtal, s\u00e4ger Peter Lindgren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vad g\u00e4ller fr\u00e5gan om repressalier gentemot medarbetarna i f\u00f6retaget s\u00e5 \u00e4r det oftast personer med ansvar i f\u00f6retaget som har direktkontakt med den misst\u00e4nkte som skulle kunna drabbas. Men om arbetsgivaren \u00e4r orolig f\u00f6r vad som kan h\u00e4nda p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen ska man g\u00f6ra en riskbed\u00f6mning utifr\u00e5n arbetsmilj\u00f6ansvaret och samverka med arbetsmilj\u00f6ombuden och vidta de \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som kr\u00e4vs i situationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013  Finns konkreta hot \u00e4r det bra att kontakta och r\u00e5dg\u00f6ra med polisen.
