Intresset f\u00f6r projekttypen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 brett bland akt\u00f6rer som byggf\u00f6retag, banker och infrastrukturfonder, s\u00e4ger Fredrik Bergstr\u00f6m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I debatten h\u00f6rs ibland att \u201dstaten l\u00e5nar billigare\u201d och att alternativa uppl\u00e4gg inte beh\u00f6vs. T\u00e5gf\u00f6retagens f\u00f6rbundsdirekt\u00f6r<strong>, Pierre Sandberg, <\/strong>menar att man d\u00e5 troligtvis inte r\u00e4knat in alla kostnader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Traditionella projekt kan dras med f\u00f6rdyringar, f\u00f6rseningar och eftersatt underh\u00e5ll. Samtidigt kan h\u00f6gre finansieringskostnader s\u00e4nkas genom en klok riskhantering genom hela projektet. Och anledningarna blir bara fler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013Ta nyindustrialiseringen av norra Sverige, klimatomst\u00e4llningen och NATO-medlemskapet \u2013 kraven p\u00e5 en kapacitetsstark och tillf\u00f6rlitlig transportinfrastruktur \u00f6kar hela tiden.
