Vi informerar h\u00e4r om \u00e4ndringarna, observera att dessa tr\u00e4der i kraft f\u00f6rst fr\u00e5n och med 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; H\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nser fr\u00e5n 66 till 67 \u00e5r i TFA och AGS f\u00f6r arbetare fr\u00e5n och med 2026-01-01.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; H\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nser fr\u00e5n 66 till 67 \u00e5r i TFA, ITP sjukpension och Huvudavtalet f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n fr\u00e5n och med 2026-01-01.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; S\u00e4nkt avgift till AGB-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen f\u00f6r arbetsgivare under \u00e5r 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; S\u00e4nkt avgift till TRR f\u00f6r arbetsgivare under \u00e5r 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Partsgemensam utredning av det kollektivavtalade pensions-, f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings- och omst\u00e4llningssystemet samt en partsgemensam utredning om arbetsmilj\u00f6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. H\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nser i Trygghetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring vid arbetsskada &#8211; TFA (LO och PTK)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parterna \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att fr\u00e5n och med 2026-01-01 h\u00f6ja \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nsen fr\u00e5n 66 \u00e5r till 67 \u00e5r f\u00f6r hel livr\u00e4nta och f\u00f6r efterskyddet. Den h\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nsen g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven p\u00e5g\u00e5ende f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings\u00e4renden som beviljats ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6re 2026-01-01. De \u00e4ndrade villkoren g\u00e4ller dock inte f\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade som fyllt 66 \u00e5r senast 2025-12-31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. H\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nser i Avtalsgruppsjukf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring \u2013 AGS (LO)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv och LO \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att fr\u00e5n och med 2026-01-01 h\u00f6ja \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nsen f\u00f6r AGS-ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n 66 \u00e5r till 67 \u00e5r. \u00c4ndringen inneb\u00e4r att den f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade har r\u00e4tt till ers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n AGS till och med m\u00e5naden f\u00f6re den f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade fyller 67 \u00e5r. Den h\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nsen g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven p\u00e5g\u00e5ende f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings\u00e4renden som beviljats ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6re 2026-01-01. De \u00e4ndrade villkoren g\u00e4ller dock inte f\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade som fyllt 66 \u00e5r senast 2025-12-31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. H\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nser i ITP sjukpension (PTK)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv och PTK \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att fr\u00e5n och med 2026-01-01 h\u00f6ja \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nserna avseende ITP sjukpension fr\u00e5n 66 \u00e5r till 67 \u00e5r. \u00c4ndringen inneb\u00e4r att den f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade har r\u00e4tt till ITP sjukpension till och med m\u00e5naden f\u00f6re den f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade fyller 67 \u00e5r. Den h\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nsen g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven p\u00e5g\u00e5ende f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings\u00e4renden som beviljats ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6re 2026-01-01. De \u00e4ndrade villkoren g\u00e4ller dock inte f\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00e4krade som fyllt 66 \u00e5r senast 2025-12-31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom denna \u00f6verenskommelse om \u00e5ldersh\u00f6jning till 67 \u00e5r omfattar \u00e4ven p\u00e5g\u00e5ende f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings\u00e4renden ska nuvarande best\u00e4mmelse om att \u00e5ldersh\u00f6jningen till 66 \u00e5r enbart g\u00e4ller f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings\u00e4renden som intr\u00e4ffat efter 2022-12-31 inte l\u00e4ngre till\u00e4mpas. F\u00f6rs\u00e4krad som fyllt 65 \u00e5r efter 2023-05-31 och som inte haft r\u00e4tt till sjukpension till 66 \u00e5r p\u00e5 grund av denna best\u00e4mmelse har r\u00e4tt till retroaktiv utbetalning av ITP sjukpension, f\u00f6rutsatt att han eller hon inte b\u00f6rjat ta ut ITP \u00e5lderspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. H\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nser i Huvudavtalet om trygghet, omst\u00e4llning och anst\u00e4llningsskydd (PTK)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv och PTK \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att fr\u00e5n och med 2026-01-01 h\u00f6ja \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nserna avseende omst\u00e4llningsst\u00f6d och kompetensst\u00f6d, kompletterande arbetsl\u00f6shetsers\u00e4ttning samt AGE fr\u00e5n 66 \u00e5r till 67 \u00e5r. \u00c4ndringarna inneb\u00e4r att den tidigare anst\u00e4llde har r\u00e4tt till n\u00e4mnda f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner till och med m\u00e5naden f\u00f6re han eller hon fyller 67 \u00e5r. De h\u00f6jda \u00e5ldersgr\u00e4nserna g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven p\u00e5g\u00e5ende \u00e4renden som beviljats ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6re 2026-01-01. De \u00e4ndrade villkoren g\u00e4ller dock inte f\u00f6r de som fyllt 66 \u00e5r senast 2025-12-31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avgift till TRR kommer att tas ut f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda upp till 67 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder fr\u00e5n och med 2026-01-01.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. S\u00e4nkta avgifter f\u00f6r arbetsgivare till AGB-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen (LO)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv och LO \u00e4r \u00f6verens om s\u00e4nkta avgifter f\u00f6r arbetsgivarna till AGB-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen under \u00e5r 2026. Detta sker genom att avgiften till AGB-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen, f\u00f6r&nbsp;&nbsp; f\u00f6retag som \u00e4r bundna av Huvudavtalet eller Omst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring, s\u00e4nks till 0,00 procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta inneb\u00e4r att den totala avgiften till TSL och AGB-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen i Huvudavtalet s\u00e4nks f\u00f6r \u00e5r 2026 fr\u00e5n 0,49 till 0,34 procent och att den totala avgiften till TSL och AGB-f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen i Omst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen s\u00e4nks f\u00f6r \u00e5r 2026 fr\u00e5n 0,30 till 0,15 procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. S\u00e4nkta avgifter f\u00f6r arbetsgivare till TRR (PTK)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv och PTK \u00e4r \u00f6verens om s\u00e4nkta avgifter f\u00f6r arbetsgivarna till TRR under \u00e5r 2026. Avgiften till TRR s\u00e4nks f\u00f6r \u00e5r 2026 fr\u00e5n 0,55 procent till 0,4 procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Partsgemensamma utredningar av det kollektivavtalade pensions-, f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings- och omst\u00e4llningssystemet samt arbetsmilj\u00f6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parterna \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att tills\u00e4tta en partsgemensam utredning av det kollektivavtalade pensions-, f\u00f6rs\u00e4krings- och omst\u00e4llningssystemet samt en partsgemensam utredning om arbetsmilj\u00f6. Utredningarna ska bedrivas i enlighet med \u00f6verenskomna utredningsdirektiv och p\u00e5g\u00e5 till och med 2025-05-31.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211; H\u00f6jda
