Det tredje avtals\u00e5ret (1 juni 2015 \u2013 31 maj 2016) \u00e4r upps\u00e4gningsbart. Avtalet ligger inom ramen f\u00f6r det s\u00e5 kallade m\u00e4rket om 6,8 % \u00f6ver tre \u00e5r och i niv\u00e5 med andra hittills tr\u00e4ffade avtal p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&Ouml;NER <\/strong><br \/>  <strong>L&ouml;ne&ouml;kningar under avtals&aring;ret 2013-06-01 &ndash; 2016-05-31 <\/strong><br \/>  Om inte de lokala parterna kommer &ouml;verens om annat avs&auml;tts en pott f&ouml;r individuell f&ouml;rdelning p&aring; tj&auml;nstem&auml;nnens kontanta l&ouml;n med 2,1 % f&ouml;r 2013, 2,2 % f&ouml;r 2014 och 2,5 % f&ouml;r 2015. Revisionsdatum &auml;r den 1 juni respektive &aring;r. Ledarna har inget centralt fastst&auml;llt l&ouml;ne&ouml;kningsutrymme. F&ouml;r Unionen och SEKO g&auml;ller d&auml;rut&ouml;ver att om de lokala parterna inte kommer &ouml;verens om annat ska l&ouml;ne&ouml;kning per m&aring;nad f&ouml;r heltidsanst&auml;lld tj&auml;nsteman uppg&aring; till l&auml;gst 200 kronor &aring;r 2013, 210 kronor 2014 och 250 kronor 2015.<\/p>\n<p>  F&ouml;r Unionen och SEKO g&auml;ller vidare att tillsvidareanst&auml;llda arbetstagare (heltid) som fyllt 18 &aring;r ska ha en l&auml;gsta l&ouml;n (inklusive r&ouml;rliga l&ouml;nedelar) om:<\/p>\n<p>  17 357 kr den 1 juni 2013<br \/>  17 739 kr den 1 juni 2014<br \/>  18 182 kr den 1 juni 2015<\/p>\n<p>  Lokalt kan &ouml;verenskommelse om andra niv&aring;er tr&auml;ffas. F&ouml;r den som saknar yrkeslivserfarenhet kan l&auml;gre l&ouml;n till&auml;mpas under 12 m&aring;nader.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&ouml;neavtalets omfattning <\/strong><br \/>  L&ouml;neavtalet omfattar arbetstagare som b&ouml;rjat sin anst&auml;llning vid f&ouml;retaget senast den 31 maj respektive avtals&aring;r.<\/p>\n<p>  Avtalet omfattar inte arbetstagare som<\/p>\n<p>  &#8211; inte fyllt 18 &aring;r<\/p>\n<p>  &#8211; &auml;r anst&auml;lld p&aring; prov<\/p>\n<p>  &#8211; har tidsbegr&auml;nsad anst&auml;llning som varar kortare tid &auml;n sex m&aring;nader<\/p>\n<p>  &#8211; kvarst&aring;r i tj&auml;nst efter fyllda 67 &aring;r<\/p>\n<p>  &#8211; har anst&auml;llts efter fyllda 65 &aring;r.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>&Auml;NDRINGAR I DE ALLM&Auml;NNA ANST&Auml;LLNINGSVILLKOREN <\/strong><br \/>  Begreppet &rdquo;f&ouml;r&auml;ldral&ouml;n&rdquo; har genomg&aring;ende ersatts med &rdquo;f&ouml;r&auml;ldraledighetstill&auml;gg&rdquo; och f&aring;tt en n&aring;got vidare inneb&ouml;rd.
