Vissa kategorier kan undantas l\u00f6nerevisionen, exempelvis anst\u00e4llda f\u00f6r viss tid, de vars anst\u00e4llning utg\u00f6r bisyssla mm. Fullst\u00e4ndiga regler kring undantag \u00e5terfinns i l\u00f6neavtalet p\u00e5 Arbetsgivarguiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r l\u00f6nerevision 1 april 2024 \u00e4r l\u00f6nerevisionens niv\u00e5 3,1 procent av summan av fasta kontanta l\u00f6ner per den 31 mars 2024, s\u00e5vida lokal \u00f6verenskommelse inte tr\u00e4ffas om annat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns tv\u00e5 alternativ till f\u00f6rdelning av potten;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.<em><u> Utvecklad l\u00f6neprocess<\/u><\/em> d\u00e4r arbetsgivaren fritt f\u00f6rdelar hela l\u00f6neutrymmet mellan Unionens medlemmar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2<em><u> F\u00f6renklad l\u00f6nebildning<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;med individgaranti om i \u00e5r 310 kronor\/m\u00e5nad per heltidsanst\u00e4lld, vilket inneb\u00e4r att enbart resterade del av l\u00f6neutrymmet kan f\u00f6rdelas fritt. F\u00f6r deltidsanst\u00e4lld proportioneras beloppet i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen ska vara individuell och differentierad samt kopplad till f\u00f6retagets verksamhetsm\u00e5l. Avtalets inriktning \u00e4r att skapa en process d\u00e4r medarbetarens uppn\u00e5dda resultat, kompetens och skicklighet knyts samman med den individuella l\u00f6neutvecklingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avtalet \u00e4r sifferl\u00f6st och l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen ska utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n f\u00f6retagets ekonomiska f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och chefens bidrag till denna utveckling. L\u00f6nen ska kopplas till prestation, m\u00e5luppfyllelse och hur chefen leder verksamhet och medarbetare. L\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen ska vara individuell och differentierad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den \u00e5rliga l\u00f6nebildningsprocessen bygger p\u00e5 dialog mellan chef och arbetsgivare. L\u00f6nerevision ska ske en g\u00e5ng per \u00e5r.
