Tekniska anvisningar f\u00f6r l\u00f6nerevision i kollektivavtalet<\/strong>. D\u00e4r framg\u00e5r vilka som ska ing\u00e5 i l\u00f6nerevisionen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetsgivare som v\u00e4ljer att inte f\u00f6rdela l\u00f6nepotten individuellt l\u00e4gger ut \u00e4ven detta belopp som generellt p\u00e5slag. (523 + 523 = 1 046 kr per m\u00e5n). Beloppet proportioneras i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6r arbetsgivare som ing\u00e5tt l\u00e4rlingsanst\u00e4llningar enligt de s\u00e4rskilda kollektivavtal som tecknades 1 april 2023 g\u00e4ller reglerna i det s\u00e4rskilda kollektivavtalet n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller l\u00f6nerevision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<a class='Share__link Share__link--url copy-text' href='#' rel='nofollow' data-text='loneavtalets-omfattning' title='Dela url' data-confirmation='L\u00e4nken kopierades till urklipp'><svg class='icon icon--link'  width='18' height='18' viewBox='0 0 18 18' fill='none' xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'>\n            <path d='M10.4142 0.514721L6.87868 4.05025L8.29289 5.46447L11.1213 2.63604L15.364 6.87868L12.5355 9.70711L13.9497 11.1213L17.4853 7.58579C17.8763 7.19476 17.8763 6.5626 17.4853 6.17158L11.8284 0.514721C11.4374 0.123691 10.8052 0.123691 10.4142 0.514721Z' fill='black'\/>\n            <path d='M9.7071 12.5355L6.87868 15.364L2.63604 11.1213L5.46446 8.2929L4.05025 6.87868L0.514716 10.4142C0.123686 10.8052 0.123686 11.4374 0.514716 11.8284L6.17157 17.4853C6.5626 17.8763 7.19475 17.8763 7.58578 17.4853L11.1213 13.9497L9.7071 12.5355Z' fill='black'\/>\n            <path d='M6.17157 11.8284C6.5626 12.2195 7.19475 12.2195 7.58578 11.8284L11.8284 7.58579C12.2195 7.19476 12.2195 6.56261 11.8284 6.17158C11.4374 5.78055 10.8052 5.78055 10.4142 6.17158L6.17157 10.4142C5.78054 10.8052 5.78054 11.4374 6.17157 11.8284Z' fill='black'\/>\n            <\/svg> <\/a>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6neavtalets omfattning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f6neavtalet f\u00f6r respektive avtals\u00e5r omfattar arbetstagare som b\u00f6rjat sin anst\u00e4llning vid f\u00f6\u00adretaget senast den 31 mars 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avtalets regler om l\u00f6nepott omfattar <em>ej<\/em> arbets\u00adtagare som 1 april 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e4r anst\u00e4lld p\u00e5 en tidsbegr\u00e4nsad anst\u00e4llning vars anst\u00e4llning ej har varat fortl\u00f6pande under sex m\u00e5nader,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kvarst\u00e5r i tj\u00e4nst vid f\u00f6retaget efter det hen har uppn\u00e5tt pensions\u00e5ldern eller har an\u00adst\u00e4llts vid f\u00f6retaget efter det hen uppn\u00e5tt den pensions\u00e5lder som till\u00e4mpas vid detta,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e4r tj\u00e4nstledig 1 april 2024 f\u00f6r minst tre m\u00e5nader fram\u00e5t i tiden av annat sk\u00e4l \u00e4n sjukdom, f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet eller f\u00f6rtroendeuppdrag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r arbetstagaren \u00e5terg\u00e5r i arbete ska l\u00f6nen best\u00e4mmas efter samma normer som g\u00e4llt f\u00f6r \u00f6vriga anst\u00e4llda enligt l\u00f6neavtalet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om en arbetstagare slutat sin anst\u00e4llning den 31 mars 2024 eller senare respektive \u00e5r och ej har f\u00e5tt avtalsenlig l\u00f6neh\u00f6jning ska arbetstagaren till f\u00f6retaget anm\u00e4la sitt krav h\u00e4rp\u00e5 senast en m\u00e5nad efter det att den lokala l\u00f6nerevisionen \u00e4r avslutad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om f\u00f6retaget i avvaktan p\u00e5 detta l\u00f6neavtal re\u00addan har utgett l\u00f6neh\u00f6jningar ska dessa avr\u00e4k\u00adnas mot vad arbetstagaren erh\u00e5ller vid till\u00e4mp\u00adningen av l\u00f6neavtalet s\u00e5vida inte lokal \u00f6verens\u00adkommelse om annat har tr\u00e4ffats. Det \u00e4r av stor vikt att arbetsgivaren \u00e4r tydlig i detta avseende gentemot arbetstagaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avtalet omfattar ej heller den som anst\u00e4llts den 1 ok\u00adtober eller senare respektive \u00e5r och d\u00e4r man uttryckligen kommit \u00f6verens om att den avta\u00adlade l\u00f6nen ska g\u00e4lla oberoende av l\u00f6nerevi\u00adsionen p\u00e5f\u00f6ljande \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6ner f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda med arbetslista \u00f6kas fr o m 2024-04-01 med 3,3 procent.
