Under 25% av arbetstiden ska den anst&auml;llde genomg&aring; teoretisk och praktisk utbildning. Arbetsgivaren beh&ouml;ver inte betala arbetsgivaravgifter p&aring; l&ouml;nen och f&aring;r ett handledarst&ouml;d p&aring; 115 kr per anst&auml;lld och dag.<\/p>\n<p>En f&ouml;ruts&auml;ttning f&ouml;r anst&auml;llningen &auml;r att avtal tecknas med ombudsman p&aring; Fastighetsanst&auml;lldas f&ouml;rbund. Det m&aring;ste ocks&aring; finnas en utsedd handledare som ansvarar f&ouml;r introduktionen och en utbildningsplan.<\/p>\n<p>Almega och Fastighets jobbar just nu med att gemensamt&nbsp; ta fram informationsmaterial och alla mallar som beh&ouml;vs. Det kommer ocks&aring; att ordnas konferenser p&aring; fyra platser i landet under v&aring;ren. En projektledare har utsetts som ansvarar f&ouml;r detta.
