Almega tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen har idag mottagit ett sympativarsel fr\u00e5n fackf\u00f6rbundet Unionen. Sympativarslet g\u00e4ller f\u00f6retagen Foundever Sweden AB och Teleperformance Nordic. B\u00e5da f\u00f6retagen har kollektivavtal.<\/p>\n

– Det \u00e4r uppr\u00f6rande att f\u00f6retag som just tecknat kollektivavtal med l\u00f6neh\u00f6jningar och som d\u00e4rmed omfattas av fredsplikten – en b\u00e4rande del i den svenska modellen \u2013 ska drabbas av konfliktvarsel. Det s\u00e4ger Stefan Koskinen som \u00e4r F\u00f6rbundsdirekt\u00f6r i Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen.<\/p>\n

– Att f\u00f6retag som tecknar och st\u00e5r upp f\u00f6r kollektivavtal straffas p\u00e5 grund av en konflikt som \u00f6verhuvudtaget inte ber\u00f6r dem \u00e4r helt orimligt.
