Avtalet \u00e4r tv\u00e5\u00e5rigt och utan m\u00f6jlighet till upps\u00e4gning. Tidsbegr\u00e4nsade anst\u00e4llningar (till exempel vikariat och allm\u00e4n visstidsanst\u00e4llning) kan avbrytas utan sakliga sk\u00e4l av endera part med tv\u00e5 veckors underr\u00e4ttelsetid under de f\u00f6rsta 6 m\u00e5naderna av anst\u00e4llningen. Om en visstidsanst\u00e4llning varat i \u00f6ver sex m\u00e5nader f\u00e5r arbetsgivaren inte avbryta den utan sakliga sk\u00e4l. Den nya avbrytanderegeln \u00e5terfinns under \u00a7 12 mom 2 och lyder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidsbegr\u00e4nsad anst\u00e4llning kan bringas att upph\u00f6ra f\u00f6re den tid som avsetts vid anst\u00e4llningstillf\u00e4llet genom att arbetsgivaren eller arbetstagaren l\u00e4mnar skriftlig underr\u00e4ttelse. S\u00e5dan anst\u00e4llning upph\u00f6r 14 dagar efter det att n\u00e5gondera parten l\u00e4mnat skriftlig underr\u00e4ttelse till den andra parten. Fr\u00e5n arbetsgivarens sida f\u00e5r s\u00e5dan underr\u00e4ttelse inte l\u00e4mnas efter det att sex m\u00e5nader f\u00f6rflutit fr\u00e5n anst\u00e4llningens tilltr\u00e4dande.
