Avtalens m\u00e5l \u00e4r snarare en bra dialog mellan chef och medarbetare \u00e4n h\u00e5rda arbetstidsregler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom \u00e4r reglerna i kollektivavtalen ofta b\u00e4ttre l\u00e4mpade f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retag \u00e4n arbetstidslagen, som alla f\u00f6retag annars m\u00e5ste f\u00f6lja. Dessutom ger kollektivavtalet ofta b\u00e4ttre pension i slut\u00e4ndan d\u00e5 man f\u00f6rhandlar villkor som ett st\u00f6rre kollektiv. Placeringsalternativen i de kollektivavtalade pensionerna har extremt l\u00e5ga avgifter. L\u00e5t vara efter en MBL-f\u00f6rhandling d\u00e4r facket har en m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka, men inte best\u00e4mma. Ibland kan det kr\u00e4vas lite arbete med f\u00f6rhandlingar, men r\u00e4tt utf\u00f6rt s\u00e5 kan det ocks\u00e5 vara en kvalitetss\u00e4kring och en bra f\u00f6rankring gentemot f\u00f6retagets
