F\u00f6r ett \u00e5r sedan \u00e4ndrades turordningsreglerna i las (lagen om anst\u00e4llningsskydd) och kollektivavtalen, vilket ger m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r arbetsgivare att kunna undanta i normalfallet mellan tre och fyra medarbetare, som har s\u00e4rskild betydelse f\u00f6r den fortsatta verksamheten. Det inneb\u00e4r att fack och arbetsgivare, n\u00e4r kollektivavtal g\u00e4ller, bland annat kan komma \u00f6verens om vilka, och hur m\u00e5nga, personer som kan undantas och d\u00e4rmed vara kvar i anst\u00e4llning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Dessv\u00e4rre anv\u00e4nds inte m\u00f6jligheten i den utstr\u00e4ckning man skulle \u00f6nska och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r har de nya undantagen i las varit till stor hj\u00e4lp. De nya huvudavtalen har betonat att avtalsturlista \u00e4r ett gemensamt \u00e5tagande mellan arbetsgivare och fackliga organisationer.
