F\u00f6r heltidsanst\u00e4llda \u00e4r det s\u00e4rskilda l\u00f6nep\u00e5slaget 100 kr, f\u00f6r timavl\u00f6nade \u00e4r det s\u00e4rskilda l\u00f6nep\u00e5slaget 0,60 kr\/h. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r den totala anst\u00e4llningstiden i branschen som \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r huruvida arbetstagaren \u00e4r ber\u00e4ttigad till det s\u00e4rskilda p\u00e5slaget. All anst\u00e4llningstid r\u00e4knas oavsett syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad. F\u00f6r arbetstagare som uppn\u00e5tt fem \u00e5rs anst\u00e4llningstid i f\u00f6retaget samt \u00f6vriga arbetstagare d\u00e4r arbetsgivaren har k\u00e4nnedom om arbetstagarens totala branscherfarenhet utges till\u00e4gget fr\u00e5n och med junil\u00f6nen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det fall arbetsgivaren saknar k\u00e4nnedom om arbetstagarens branscherfarenhet, t.ex. vid byte av arbetsgivare ankommer det p\u00e5 arbetstagaren att p\u00e5visa dokumenterad branscherfarenhet. Arbetstagaren har r\u00e4tt till l\u00f6nep\u00e5slaget fr\u00e5n och med den tidpunkt arbetstagaren anm\u00e4lt anspr\u00e5k p\u00e5 det s\u00e4rskilda p\u00e5slaget samt styrkt dokumenterad branscherfarenhet. Arbetstagaren har i dessa fall inte r\u00e4tt till retroaktivt l\u00f6nep\u00e5slag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6vriga ers\u00e4ttningar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6vriga pappersform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetstagare som av olika sk\u00e4l inte kan ta emot digitala besked har dock r\u00e4tt att beg\u00e4ra att f\u00e5 dessa besked i pappersform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En partsgemensam arbetsgrupp med syfte att utv\u00e4rdera nuvarande l\u00f6nemodell tills\u00e4tts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 2 Ordinarie arbetstid mom. 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Momentet f\u00e5r ny lydelse fr\u00e5n och med den 1\/1 2024. F\u00f6ljande delar har \u00e4ndrats i best\u00e4mmelsen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dF\u00f6rl\u00e4ggning av den ordinarie arbetstiden sker enligt ett p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhand, f\u00f6r varje arbetstagare, med varaktig skrift uppr\u00e4ttat arbetstidsschema som ska vara arbetstagaren tillhanda senast sex dagar f\u00f6re respektive tj\u00e4nstg\u00f6ringsperiods b\u00f6rjan. Arbetsgivaren f\u00e5r tillhandah\u00e5lla arbetstidsscheman och l\u00f6nespecifikationer i digital varaktig form.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Anm\u00e4rkning 1:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Arbetstagare som av olika sk\u00e4l inte kan ta emot digitala besked har r\u00e4tt att beg\u00e4ra att f\u00e5 beskedet i pappersform.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En anm\u00e4rkning inf\u00f6rs i arbetstidsavtalets \u00a7 3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilaga 3 \u00a7 3 \u00f6vertid p 1.
