I huvudsak inneb\u00e4r avtalet f\u00f6ljande f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimil&ouml;ner och andra ers&auml;ttningar enligt avtalet h&ouml;js med 4,3 % per den 1 januari 2015. Eftersom f&ouml;rhandlingarna av olika sk&auml;l dragit ut p&aring; tiden har ingen l&ouml;nef&ouml;rh&ouml;jning skett per den 1 januari 2014 utan under avtalets tv&aring;&aring;riga l&ouml;pperiod blir det ett revisionstillf&auml;lle.<\/li>\n<li>Avtalet tillf&ouml;rs p&aring; f&ouml;rs&ouml;k en ny alternativ arbetstidsreglering fr o m den 1 januari 2015. Liksom den tidigare alternativa arbetstidsregleringen upph&ouml;r denna automatiskt att g&auml;lla n&auml;r detta avtal l&ouml;per ut.<\/li>\n<li>Fr o m den 1 januari 2015 inf&ouml;rs, p&aring; f&ouml;rs&ouml;k, en r&auml;tt att g&ouml;ra avdrag f&ouml;r vissa kostnader man haft f&ouml;r f&ouml;rs&aring;lda visningsers&auml;ttningar, jfr &sect; 44 Mom 5. Avsikten med detta f&ouml;rs&ouml;k &auml;r att m&ouml;jligg&ouml;ra en &ouml;kning av s k presales d&auml;r bl a pitch- och resekostnader kan utg&ouml;ra en betydande kostnadspost f&ouml;r producenten.
