{"id":62858,"date":"2023-05-09T13:36:13","date_gmt":"2023-05-09T11:36:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/?p=62858"},"modified":"2023-05-09T15:08:16","modified_gmt":"2023-05-09T13:08:16","slug":"nytt-avtal-med-akavia-juristavtalet-for-tiden-1-maj-2023-30-april-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2023\/05\/nytt-avtal-med-akavia-juristavtalet-for-tiden-1-maj-2023-30-april-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Nytt avtal med Akavia Jurist&shy;avtalet f\u00f6r tiden 1 maj 2023 \u2013 30 april 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\">Den 9 maj 2023 tr\u00e4ffade Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen ett nytt avtal med Akavia, Juristavtalet, om l\u00f6ner och allm\u00e4nna anst\u00e4llningsvillkor f\u00f6r tiden 1 maj 2023 \u2013 30 april 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2023\/05\/overenskommelse-Juristavtalet-1.5.2023-30.4.2025.pdf\">\u00d6verenskommelse i sin helhet inklusive bilagor.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avtalet inneh\u00e5ller bland annat f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avtalsperiod 24 m\u00e5nader med ett totalt avtalsv\u00e4rde p\u00e5 7,4 procent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00f6nerna h\u00f6js med 7,2 procent och avs\u00e4ttning till Flexpension i Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retag \u00f6kar med 0,2 procent till 1,3 procent andra avtals\u00e5ret.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f6nerevision sker enligt f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 maj 2023: 4,1 procent och 1 maj 2024: 3,1 procent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avs\u00e4ttning till Flexpension \u00f6kar med 0,2 procent den 1 maj 2024 D\u00e4refter \u00e4r sammanlagd avs\u00e4ttning till flexpension 1,3 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f6ne\u00f6kningarna f\u00f6ljer det s\u00e5 kallade m\u00e4rket f\u00f6r kostnads\u00f6kningar p\u00e5 svensk arbetsmarknad som industrins parter enats om. M\u00e4rket \u00e4r 7,4 procent f\u00f6r en avtalsperiod om 24 m\u00e5nader. M\u00e4rket framg\u00e5r n\u00e4r avs\u00e4ttningen till flexpension beaktas i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till Akavias l\u00f6neavtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>2023: 4,1 % i l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar =<\/td><td>4,1 %<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2024: 0,2 % \u00f6kad avs\u00e4ttning till flexpension + 3,1 % i l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar =<\/td><td>3,3 %<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>7,4 %<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flexpension<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som betalar flexpensionspremie f\u00f6r samtliga jurister och som inte till\u00e5ter att juristen avst\u00e5r premien g\u00e4ller f\u00f6ljande vid l\u00f6nerevision:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niv\u00e5erna f\u00f6r l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning \u00e4r 4,1 procent per 1 maj 2023 respektive 3,1 procent per 1 maj 2024. \u00d6kad avs\u00e4ttning till Flexpension med 0,2 procent av pensionsmedf\u00f6rande l\u00f6n tillkommer per 1 maj 2024 som en kostnad ut\u00f6ver l\u00f6nerevisionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som till\u00e5ter att jurist avst\u00e5r flexpensionspremien g\u00e4ller f\u00f6ljande vid l\u00f6nerevision:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De jurister som har flexpension f\u00e5r sin premie automatiskt h\u00f6jd med 0,2 procent den 1 maj 2024. Motsvarande garanti g\u00e4ller inte f\u00f6r jurist som avst\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n flexpension. Arbetsgivaren kan dock ensidigt kompensera dem med motsvarande l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning. Den kompensationen ska i s\u00e5 fall ges individuellt ut\u00f6ver den ordinarie l\u00f6nerevisionen per 1 maj 2024 det vill s\u00e4ga ut\u00f6ver 3,1 procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/a-till-o\/21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u00e4s mer om flexpension<\/a>&nbsp;(inloggning kr\u00e4vs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. L\u00f6ner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/protected\/2023\/05\/overenskommelse-Juristavtalet-1.5.2023-30.4.2025.pdf\">(L\u00f6neavtal se \u00f6verenskommelsens bilaga 1) <\/a>(inloggning kr\u00e4vs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f6ne\u00f6kningarna g\u00e4ller formellt endast jurister eller andra akademiker som \u00e4r medlemmar i Akademikerf\u00f6rbund p\u00e5 f\u00f6retag d\u00e4r Juristavtalet \u00e4r inkopplat. V\u00e5r rekommendation \u00e4r dock att l\u00f6neavtalet b\u00f6r till\u00e4mpas ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 \u00f6vriga akademiker f\u00f6rutsatt att annat kollektivavtal inte g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r f\u00f6retag d\u00e4r kollektivavtalet inte \u00e4r inkopplat, g\u00e4ller vad som \u00e4r individuellt \u00f6verenskommet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rhandlingsordning f\u00f6r 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lokala f\u00f6rhandlingar ska f\u00f6r 2023 p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas i s\u00e5 n\u00e4ra anslutning till revisionsdatum som m\u00f6jligt och vara avslutade senast den&nbsp;29 september&nbsp;2023. Eventuell central f\u00f6rhandling ska beg\u00e4ras senast den 27 oktober 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finns inte n\u00e5gon lokalf\u00f6rening vid f\u00f6retaget \u00f6verg\u00e5r partsst\u00e4llningen p\u00e5 arbetstagarsidan till den enskilde medlemmen. Om vare sig lokala eller centrala parter enas om l\u00f6nerevisionen f\u00f6rdelar arbetsgivaren l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningarna vilka fastst\u00e4llts till en niv\u00e5 motsvarande 4,1 procent den 1 maj 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Allm\u00e4nna anst\u00e4llningsvillkor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flexpensions\u00f6verenskommelsen \u00e4r uppdaterad med anledning av att premier f\u00f6r ITP 1 erl\u00e4ggs till 66 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turordnings- och undantagsreglerna i Huvudavtalet mellan Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv och PTK \u00e4r infogade i allm\u00e4nna villkorsavtalet (9.4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Avtalstryck<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kollektivavtalet kommer inte att tryckas i fysisk form.
