V&aring;r rekommendation &auml;r dock att avtalet b&ouml;r till&auml;mpas ocks&aring; p&aring; &ouml;vriga tj&auml;nstem&auml;n inom Unionens avtalsomr&aring;de f&ouml;rutsatt att annat kollektivavtal inte g&auml;ller f&ouml;r dem.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&ouml;nerevision per den 1 maj 2015 <\/strong><br \/>  Ett allm&auml;nt utrymme (pott) ber&auml;knas som 2,5 % av summan av de fasta kontanta l&ouml;nerna f&ouml;r tj&auml;nstem&auml;n den 30 april 2015. Om lokala parter inte kommer &ouml;verens om annat garanteras heltidsanst&auml;lld 230 kr vid revisionen. F&ouml;r deltidsanst&auml;lld ska beloppet omr&auml;knas i proportion till deltiden.<\/p>\n<p>  Vad g&auml;ller prestationsl&ouml;nesystemet ska den garanterade m&aring;nadsl&ouml;nen f&ouml;r 133 respektive 150 timmar ing&aring; i l&ouml;nerevisionen. Eftersom prestationsl&ouml;nen &auml;r 8 respektive 16 procent h&ouml;gre per timme &auml;n l&ouml;nen f&ouml;r 133 respektive 150 kommer prestationsl&ouml;nen &auml;nd&aring; att h&ouml;jas i och med att den garanterade m&aring;nadsl&ouml;nen h&ouml;js. 230 kr som &auml;r garanterade f&ouml;r heltidsanst&auml;lld ska nedr&auml;knas till den fasta l&ouml;nens proportion till den totala l&ouml;nen.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&auml;gsta l&ouml;ner<\/strong><br \/>  Om tj&auml;nstemannen senast den 30 april 2015 fyllt 20 respektive 24 &aring;r ska l&ouml;nen fr o m den 1 maj 2015 uppg&aring; till l&auml;gst;<br \/>  L&auml;gsta l&ouml;n f&ouml;r 20-&aring;ringar &auml;r 16 471 kr\/m&aring;n<br \/>  L&auml;gsta l&ouml;n f&ouml;r 24-&aring;ringar &auml;r 19 085 kr\/m&aring;n<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>F&ouml;rhandlingsordning 2015, Unionen<\/strong><br \/>  (Se l&ouml;neavtalet sid 11)<\/p>\n<p>  Tj&auml;nstem&auml;nnen ska till f&ouml;retaget senast den 8 april 2015 l&auml;mna skriftlig uppgift p&aring; ber&ouml;rda medlemmar och av dem utsedda representanter. F&ouml;retaget ska senast den 8 maj 2015 skriftligen meddela f&ouml;rslag till nya l&ouml;ner till de utsedda representanterna. &Ouml;nskar tj&auml;nstem&auml;nnen p&aring;kalla lokal f&ouml;rhandling ska den beg&auml;ras senast den 15 maj 2015. De lokala f&ouml;rhandlingarna ska vara avslutade senast den 29 maj 2015. Eventuell central f&ouml;rhandling ska p&aring;kallas senast den 26 juni 2015. Kommer parterna inte &ouml;verens &auml;r det arbetsgivaren som f&ouml;rdelar l&ouml;ne&ouml;kningarna.<\/p>\n<p>  Saknas lokal facklig &auml;ger den anst&auml;llde beg&auml;ra f&ouml;rhandling om ny l&ouml;n senast den 8 maj 2015. Arbetsgivaren ska d&aring; senast inom 14 dagar l&auml;mna meddelande om den nya l&ouml;n som avses utg&aring;. Tj&auml;nstemannen har r&auml;tt att senast inom 14 dagar beg&auml;ra f&ouml;rhandling. Ombudsman kan bitr&auml;da tj&auml;nstemannen vid f&ouml;rhandlingen.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&Ouml;NER AKADEMIKERF&Ouml;RBUNDEN<\/strong><br \/>  &Auml;r Akademikeravtalet inkopplat g&auml;ller Akademikerf&ouml;rbundens l&ouml;neavtal f&ouml;r de som &auml;r medlemmar i n&aring;got av de akademikerf&ouml;rbund som r&auml;knas upp p&aring; insidan av omslaget i avtalstrycket f&ouml;r Allm&auml;nna villkorsavtal. Unionens l&ouml;neavtal g&auml;ller f&ouml;r Unionens medlemmar.<\/p>\n<p>  Akademikerf&ouml;rbundens l&ouml;neavtal g&auml;ller formellt endast tj&auml;nstem&auml;n som &auml;r medlemmar i n&aring;got akademikerf&ouml;rbund. V&aring;r rekommendation &auml;r dock att avtalet b&ouml;r till&auml;mpas ocks&aring; p&aring; &ouml;vriga akademiker inom avtalsomr&aring;det f&ouml;rutsatt att annat kollektivavtal inte g&auml;ller f&ouml;r dem.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&ouml;nerevision per den 1 maj 2015<\/strong><br \/>  Om vare sig de lokala eller centrala parterna kan bli eniga om l&ouml;nerevisionen per den 1 maj 2015 fastst&auml;lls niv&aring;n p&aring; medlemmarnas sammantagna l&ouml;ne&ouml;kningar till 2,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>F&ouml;rhandlingsordning 2015, Akademikerf&ouml;rbunden <\/strong><br \/>  (Se l&ouml;neavtalet sid 20)<\/p>\n<p>  Lokala f&ouml;rhandlingar ska p&aring;b&ouml;rjas i s&aring; god tid f&ouml;re revisionsdatum som m&ouml;jligt och vara avslutade senast den 13 mars 2015.
