Almegas arbetsr\u00e4ttsjurist Mia Fransson f\u00f6rklarar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Efter Rysslands invasion av Ukraina har Sverige ett nytt s\u00e4kerhetsl\u00e4ge, vilket har lett till en oro fr\u00e5n arbetsgivare att anst\u00e4lla m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n l\u00e4nder som exempelvis Ryssland och Kina, eller har medborgarskap b\u00e5de i Sverige och n\u00e5got av dessa l\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Arbetsgivare som bedriver s\u00e4kerhetsk\u00e4nslig verksamhet \u00e4r skyldig att g\u00f6ra en bed\u00f6mning av anst\u00e4llda innan de deltar i verksamheten, men det \u00e4r inte lagligt att diskriminera vissa kollektiv av grupper och nationaliteter, s\u00e4ger Mia Fransson.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4kerhetspolisen har <a href=\"https:\/\/polistidningen.se\/2023\/01\/utlandsk-bakgrund-kan-bli-storre-nackdel-vid-sakerhetsprovning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">uppvaktat lagstiftaren f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra en s\u00e4rskild kontroll <\/a>av grupper och personer av vissa nationaliteter. Men Mia Fransson menar att det inte enbart handlar om nationalitet, utan att s\u00e4kerhetsperspektivet m\u00e5ste finnas i bakhuvudet oavsett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 M\u00e4nniskor kan sympatisera med tveksamma regimer oavsett nationalitet. Det kan ocks\u00e5 handla om exempelvis v\u00e4nskapsrelationer, m\u00e4nniskor man dejtar eller betydande \u00e4garintressen i ett annat land. Riskbilder finns alltid, men kan vara sv\u00e5rhanterade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste man t\u00e4nka ett varv till i syfte att undvika diskriminering. Otydliga regler eller till\u00e4mpning av densamma kan leda till att s\u00e4kerhetspr\u00f6vningen sker p\u00e5 osakliga grunder. Det r\u00e4cker med endast ett diskrimineringsgrundande sk\u00e4l till att n\u00e5gon inte anst\u00e4lls, f\u00f6r att kunna anm\u00e4las f\u00f6r diskriminering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vid rekrytering b\u00f6r arbetsgivare endast fokusera p\u00e5 tre saker \u2013 erfarenhet, kunskap och personlig l\u00e4mplighet. Och se till att alltid st\u00e4lla samma fr\u00e5gor till samtliga kandidater.
