Almegas arbetsr\u00e4ttsjurist Hel\u00e9ne Hellstr\u00f6m Persson reder ut vad som g\u00e4ller.<\/p>\n\n<p>Diskrimineringsombudsmannen (DO) har nyligen uttalat att de kommer att driva fler tvister till domstol. Det inneb\u00e4r att arbetsgivare beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rbereda sig p\u00e5 att DO-anm\u00e4lningar kan inkomma och \u00f6ka. De vanligaste fr\u00e5gorna som inkommer till Almegas jour brukar handla om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet, rekryteringsprocesser eller avslutad provanst\u00e4llning med diskrimineringsgrunder som graviditet, etnicitet, religion eller funktionsneds\u00e4ttning. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;Man har alltid r\u00e4tt att exempelvis avsluta en provanst\u00e4llning men det f\u00e5r endast baseras p\u00e5 prestation, inte diskriminering. Det kan vara s\u00e5 att arbetsgivaren avslutar en provanst\u00e4llning i n\u00e4ra anslutning till f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet eller efter information om graviditet.
