Avtalet \u00e4r ett chefsavtal med anpassningar f\u00f6r de krav och villkor som st\u00e4lls p\u00e5 dessa befattningar. Avtalet avser s\u00e5v\u00e4l l\u00f6nebildning som allm\u00e4nna anst\u00e4llningsvillkor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/app\/uploads\/imported\/Ledaravtal-15-Medieforetag-A.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Ledaravtal_15_Medief\u00f6retag_A.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">Avtalet <\/a>ers&auml;tter de tidigare avtalen som ursprungligen tecknades med d&aring;varande MIA respektive TU och Ledarna. <em>Observera dock att det gamla TU-avtalet kommer att forts&auml;tta att g&auml;lla i sin ursprungliga omfattning <strong>f&ouml;r arbetsledare inom produktion i tryckeri och packsal<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Medlemsf&ouml;retag som tidigare var bundna av Ledaravatal tecknade genom Medief&ouml;retagen blir bundna av det nya avtalet fr&aring;n den 1 september 2015. Dessa utg&ouml;r i dagsl&auml;get 178 stycken.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/app\/uploads\/imported\/Ledaravtal-15-Medieforetag-A.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Ledaravtal_15_Medief\u00f6retag_A.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">Det nya avtalet <\/a>kan numera till&auml;mpas p&aring; samtliga medlemsf&ouml;retag inom Medief&ouml;retagen f&ouml;r alla verksamhetsdelar. F&ouml;r f&ouml;retag som i dagsl&auml;get inte omfattas av avtalet kr&auml;vs att en s&aring; kallad inkoppling enligt &sect; 1.1 skett. Denna inkopplingsparagraf ers&auml;tter den tidigare regleringen i fd MIA-avtalet som i princip innebar att individer &rdquo;kopplades in&rdquo;, denna hantering var administrativt betungande.<\/p>\n<p>Avtalet omfattar enbart medlemmar i Ledarna som utg&ouml;r arbetsgivarens f&ouml;retr&auml;dare (Chefer).<\/p>\n<p>En v&auml;sentlig del av avtalet &auml;r best&auml;mmelserna om l&ouml;nebildning d&auml;r verksamhetens aff&auml;rsid&eacute; och resultat ska kopplas samman med chefernas prestation och l&ouml;n.<\/p>\n<p>Dispositivitet g&auml;ller f&ouml;r allm&auml;nna anst&auml;llningsvillkor. Chef som omfattas av detta avtal kan tr&auml;ffa enskilda individ-och f&ouml;retagsanpassade &ouml;verenskommelser om andra allm&auml;nna anst&auml;llningsvillkor. &nbsp;D&auml;rmed kan de allm&auml;nna anst&auml;llningsvillkoren anpassas till det aktuella f&ouml;retagets och respektive chefs individuella behov vid olika tidpunkter i karri&auml;ren. En s&aring;dan &ouml;verenskommelse f&aring;r inte strida mot tvingande lagstiftning<\/p>\n<p>Verkst&auml;llande direkt&ouml;rer omfattas inte av detta avtal eftersom de utg&ouml;r en s&aring; kallad frikrets enligt LAS. Det nya avtalet inneb&auml;r ingen &auml;ndring av detta.<\/p>\n<p>I avtalet finns s&auml;rskilda regleringar om den lokala partsst&auml;llningen (se anm&auml;rkning till &sect; 1.5) Beg&auml;ran om f&ouml;rhandling sker till Ledarnas kansli och g&auml;ller endast innan f&ouml;ljande typ av beslut fattas:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nedl&auml;ggning och inskr&auml;nkning av verksamheten<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &ouml;verl&aring;telse av hela eller delar av verksamheten<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &auml;ndring av anst&auml;llningsvillkoren f&ouml;r n&aring;gon av Ledarnas medlemmar p&aring; f&ouml;retaget<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; omplacering eller omflyttning Ledarnas medlemmar p&aring; f&ouml;retaget<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; borttagande av personalf&ouml;rm&aring;ner av betydande v&auml;rde som ensidigt tillhandah&aring;llits av arbetsgivaren<\/p>\n<p>Vid &ouml;vriga f&ouml;r&auml;ndringar &auml;r arbetsgivarens skyldigheter enligt MBL uppfyllda genom att ber&ouml;rda chefer f&aring;r information om dessa i sin egenskap av chef.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Det nya avtalet tr\u00e4der i kraft den 1 september 2015.
