I regel &auml;r det varje f&ouml;retag som har minst 10 anst&auml;llda eller fler som &auml;r skyldig att rapportera in l&ouml;neuppgifterna f&ouml;r sina anst&auml;llda. Brevet inneh&aring;ller information om tillv&auml;gag&aring;ngss&auml;ttet f&ouml;r inrapportering och var ni kan st&auml;lla fr&aring;gor om hur inrapporteringen ska g&aring; till.<\/p>\n<p>  Brevet skickas till f&ouml;retagets VD eller den medarbetare som anm&auml;lts som mottagare av s&aring;dan information. Det &auml;r viktigt f&ouml;r oss att medlemsf&ouml;retagen rapporterar in l&ouml;nerna korrekt. Korrekta l&ouml;neuppgifter inneb&auml;r en m&ouml;jlighet f&ouml;r oss att f&aring; arbetstagarorganisationerna att blir mer positiva till att tr&auml;ffa moderna l&ouml;neavtal, utan l&ouml;ne&ouml;kningar i procentsatser och individgarantier. Genom korrekt l&ouml;nestatistik kan parterna bevaka l&ouml;neutvecklingen f&ouml;r branscher och yrkesgrupper.<\/p>\n<p>  Det &auml;r s&aring;ledes angel&auml;get att f&ouml;retagen l&auml;mnar in statistikuppgifter f&ouml;r 2015 och att uppgifterna som ni l&auml;mnar in &auml;r korrekta och riktiga.<\/p>\n<p>  Av informationen fr&aring;n Svenskt N&auml;ringsliv framg&aring;r att f&ouml;retagen ska inrapportera l&ouml;nerna p&aring; en s&auml;rskild hemsida, www.rapporteraloner.se. Det &auml;r f&ouml;retaget AON Hewitt AB som har uppdraget att samla in och behandla uppgifterna. Till dem kan ni ocks&aring; v&auml;nda er n&auml;r det g&auml;ller praktiska fr&aring;gor kring inrapporteringen samt fr&aring;gor r&ouml;rande yrkeskoder. Insamling sker fr&aring;n oktober och man har p&aring; sig till mitten av november 2015. 2015 &aring;rs l&ouml;nestatistik f&ouml;r tj&auml;nstem&auml;n inom Almega Tj&auml;nstef&ouml;retagen kommer presenteras i form av en statistikpublikation (Tj&auml;nstemannal&ouml;ner 2015) som ska finnas tillg&auml;nglig p&aring; hemsidan fr&aring;n och med april 2016. D&auml;rut&ouml;ver kommer det att finnas ett antal sammanst&auml;llningar och rapporter som utarbetas f&ouml;r Almega i sin helhet. I regel brukar vi ha de f&ouml;rsta siffrorna fr&aring;n och med b&ouml;rjan p&aring; februari och kan redovisa statistiken i b&ouml;rjan av mars. Statistiken kommer att finnas tillg&auml;nglig p&aring; almega.se s&aring; snart den &auml;r klar.<\/p>\n<p>  F&ouml;rra &aring;ret genomgick yrkesklassificeringen en st&ouml;rre f&ouml;r&auml;ndring vilket medf&ouml;rde att ni bytte ut samtliga yrkeskoder. Det vi kunnat se &auml;r att en del f&ouml;retag inte bytt ut yrkeskoderna varp&aring; dessa individer inte kommer med i l&ouml;nestatistiken.<\/p>\n<p>  Det understryks att f&ouml;retagen, om det &auml;r m&ouml;jligt, i f&ouml;rsta hand ska anv&auml;nda sig av de l&auml;mpliga 6-siffriga yrkeskoderna.
