D\u00e5 kan villkoren i de flesta fall regleras genom ett vid f\u00f6retaget s\u00e4rskilt framtaget utlandsreglemente. Genom detta beh\u00f6ver inte arbetsgivaren g\u00e5 igenom medarbetarens anst\u00e4llningsvillkor vid varje tillf\u00e4lle en tj\u00e4nsteresa sker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I de fall det \u00e4r fr\u00e5ga om att medarbetaren ska vara utomlands en l\u00e4ngre tid kallas det f\u00f6r uts\u00e4ndning. D\u00e5 finns behov av att tr\u00e4ffa en s\u00e4rskild \u00f6verenskommelse om villkoren och det finns \u00e4ven krav i lagen om anst\u00e4llningsskydd, LAS, p\u00e5 att skriftlig information ska ges om medarbetaren \u00e4r borta l\u00e4ngre tid \u00e4n en m\u00e5nad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En s\u00e4rskild form av uts\u00e4ndning \u00e4r utstationering och det g\u00e4ller om en person tillf\u00e4lligt arbetar i ett annat EU\/EES land och mottagare av tj\u00e4nsten finns i det landet. Vidare finns det tvingande regler i det landet personen tillf\u00e4lligtvis arbetar i.
