{"id":5822,"date":"2016-05-02T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-02T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almega-bento\/wp\/blog\/2016\/05\/02\/new-collective-agreements-with-unionen-for-the-it-industry\/"},"modified":"2016-05-02T11:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-02T11:00:00","slug":"new-collective-agreements-with-unionen-for-the-it-industry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2016\/05\/new-collective-agreements-with-unionen-for-the-it-industry\/","title":{"rendered":"New collective agreements with Unionen, for the IT industry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">New collective agreements regarding salaries and terms and conditions of employment have been entered with Unionen, for the IT industry.<\/p>\n<p>The agreements are valid between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017, i.e. for one year.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a summary of the changes in the agreements.<\/p>\n<h2>Salaries<\/h2>\n<p>Annual salary revision date is April 1 2016, unless local parties agree otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>As in previous agreements, the salary revision is based on the company\u2019s economic and market conditions. If agreement cannot be reached, the total increases should amount to 2,2% for the members of Unionen.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum wages are valid as of April 1, 2016 and are 17\u00a0489 SEK for employee who have reached 18 years of age and 18\u00a0911 SEK for employees who have reached 18 years of age and have one year\u2019s continuous employment in the company. As previously, a lower salary can be given during six months for employees who have no work experience.<\/p>\n<p>The parties have agreed not to make any further changes to the salary agreement or
