Avtalet \u00e4r ett ett\u00e5rigt avtal och g\u00e4ller fr.o.m. den 1 maj 2016 t.o.m. den 30 april 2017.    Som k\u00e4nt \u00e4r \u201dm\u00e4rket\u201d 2,2 procent p\u00e5 12 m\u00e5nader. F\u00f6r Tidningsavtalet har dock kostnadsgenomslaget av nedan redovisad ny l\u00e4gst l\u00f6nemodell r\u00e4knats av varf\u00f6r h\u00f6jningar g\u00e4llande l\u00f6n och ers\u00e4ttningar \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsad till 1,9 procent ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r 2,2 procent.    Nedan f\u00f6ljer en information om f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna i avtalet.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>L&Ouml;NER<\/strong><br \/>  Det &auml;r ett l&ouml;nerevisionstillf&auml;llen under avtalsperioden och detta infaller den 1 maj 2016.<\/p>\n<p>H&auml;rvid bildas en allm&auml;n pott om 1,9 procent r&auml;knat p&aring; de grafiska medarbetarnas l&ouml;nesumma per den 30 april 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Vid f&ouml;rdelningen av potten &auml;r varje medarbetare garanterad 292 kronor (individgarantin).<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&Auml;GSTL&Ouml;NER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det inf&ouml;rs en ny l&auml;gsl&ouml;nemodell d&auml;r den gamla niv&aring;n f&ouml;r 22-&aring;ring utg&aring;r och tv&aring; nya kategorier kopplade till branschvana inf&ouml;rs. Den nya modellen ser ut som f&ouml;ljer.<\/p>\n<p>Efter l&ouml;nerevision den 1 maj 2016 ska l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L&auml;gst 16 383 kronor om medarbetaren senast den 30 april 2016 har fyllt 18 &aring;r. Om medarbetaren fyller 18 &aring;r under perioden 1 maj 2016 &#8211; 30 april 2017 ska l&ouml;nebeloppet g&auml;lla fr&aring;n och med den 1:a i m&aring;naden under vilken medarbetaren fyller 18 &aring;r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vid ett &aring;rs branschvana skall l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till l&auml;gst 19 000 kronor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vid tv&aring; &aring;rs branschvana alternativt adekvat yrkesutbildning (avse minst 40 veckors utbildning) skall l&ouml;nen l&auml;gst uppg&aring; till 21 100 kronor.<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>ALLM&Auml;NNA ANST&Auml;LLNINGSVILLKOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <strong>Provanst&auml;llningar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I tidigare g&auml;llande reglering av provanst&auml;llning framgick att det kr&auml;vs en lokal &ouml;verenskommelse f&ouml;r att arbetsgivaren ska kunna anv&auml;nda anst&auml;llningsformen provanst&auml;llning. Krav p&aring; lokal &ouml;verenskommelse tas nu bort vilket inneb&auml;r att arbetsgivaren numera kan ing&aring; &ouml;verenskommelse om provanst&auml;llning direkt med individen. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ERS&Auml;TTNINGAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avtalets ers&auml;ttningar r&auml;knas upp till f&ouml;ljande niv&aring;er.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OB enligt Tidningsavtalet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M&aring;ndag 00.00 &#8211; ner i arbetstid fr&aring;n 60 &aring;r. Om ett s&aring;dant intresse finns hos en arbetstagare ska denne, senast sex m&aring;nader i f&ouml;rv&auml;g, ans&ouml;ka till arbetsgivaren som sedan ska ha en dialog med arbetstagaren om den eventuella m&ouml;jligheten att bevilja en s&aring;dan &ouml;nskan. Utg&aring;ngs&aring;ngspunkten &auml;r att det &auml;r en nedg&aring;ng till halvtid som avses med ans&ouml;kan. Om arbetsgivaren utifr&aring;n st&ouml;rning av verksamheten bed&ouml;mer att det inte g&aring;r att bevilja ans&ouml;kan (eller att beviljandet m&aring;ste skjutas upp) ska dels arbetstagaren men &auml;ven GS informeras om detta innan det slutliga beslutet tas.
