Deras perspektiv kompletteras med fakta samt intervjuer med b\u00e5de forskare och representanter f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n\n<p>Stora som sm\u00e5 tj\u00e4nste\u00adf\u00f6retagen st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r samma utmaningar och \u00e4r eniga om vilket ledarskap som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att hantera dessa nu och fram\u00e5t. Den fr\u00e4msta utmaningen, f\u00f6r att f\u00f6retagen ska kunna forts\u00e4tta att v\u00e4xa, \u00e4r att s\u00e4kra kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det saknas tillg\u00e5ng till vissa kompetenser, medan andra helt eller delvis beh\u00f6ver st\u00e4llas om. Att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 den digitala transformationen och hur den p\u00e5verkar medarbetare, chefer, arbetss\u00e4tt och arbetsuppgifter \u00e4r en \u00f6verlevnadsfr\u00e5ga. V\u00e5ra medlems\u00adf\u00f6retag betonar att framtidens ledarskap handlar om chefers f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att bygga tillitsfulla relationer och l\u00f6sa uppgifter tillsammans med sitt team. De menar ocks\u00e5 att ett n\u00e4rvarande ledarskap \u00e4r viktigt och d\u00e4r en levande dialog st\u00e5r i centrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6retagen lyfter ocks\u00e5 vikten av att st\u00e5 f\u00f6r tydliga v\u00e4rderingar och en f\u00f6retagskultur som genomsyrar alla niv\u00e5er i organisationen. Det st\u00e4rker varum\u00e4rket och ger f\u00f6rdelar f\u00f6r att attrahera den kompetens man s\u00e5 v\u00e4l beh\u00f6ver.
