Intervjuerna syftar till att skapa st\u00f6rre f\u00f6rst\u00e5else kring hur offentlig upphandling uppfattas av leverant\u00f6rerna och omr\u00e5den som skulle kunna utvecklas och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Det de intervjuade<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>efterlyser<\/strong>&nbsp;genomg\u00e5ende i rapporten \u00e4r mer dialog inf\u00f6r upphandlingarna. S\u00e5dan dialog kan minska fler andra av de utmaningar som lyfts, kopplade till kravst\u00e4llande, utv\u00e4rderingsgrunder och otydlighet kring uppdragens inneb\u00f6rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dialog \u00e4r en nyckel<\/strong>&nbsp;till att uppn\u00e5 genomt\u00e4nkta upphandlingar som kan f\u00f6rena den upphandlande myndighetens behov och marknadens m\u00f6jligheter.
