<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nYrkesintroduktion fungerar i korthet så att minst 25 % av arbetstiden ska vara utbildning (lärande i arbete) och lönen uppgår till 75 % av den nyanställningslön som tillämpas på företaget. Arbetsgivaren ska tillhandahålla en handledare som lotsar den anställde in i jobbet och fungerar som den anställdes stöd i det dagliga arbetet.<\/p>\n
Företag som anställer en yrkesintroduktionsanställd får dels ett handledarstöd på 2 500 kronor per månad från Arbetsförmedlingen, dels ersättning för arbetsgivaravgiften.<\/p>\n
Detta innebär att de avtal som tecknades 2014 om yrkesintroduktion upphör. (För det företag som har yrkesintroduktionsanställda idag så förändras inget).<\/p>\n
För arbetsgivare som är intresserad att anställa så behöver man ett godkännande från arbetsförmedlingen och fastighetsanställdas förbund.
