{"id":5335,"date":"2017-05-16T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-16T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almega-bento\/wp\/blog\/2017\/05\/16\/nytt-avtal-med-gs-tidningsavtalet-grafiker\/"},"modified":"2017-05-16T15:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-05-16T15:00:00","slug":"nytt-avtal-med-gs-tidningsavtalet-grafiker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2017\/05\/nytt-avtal-med-gs-tidningsavtalet-grafiker\/","title":{"rendered":"Nytt avtal med GS \u2013 Tidnings&shy;avtalet (grafiker)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">Den 15 maj tecknade Medief\u00f6retagen inom Almega och GS ett nytt kollektivavtal om l\u00f6ner och allm\u00e4nna anst\u00e4llningsvillkor &#8211; Tidningsavtalet (grafiker). <\/p>\n<p>Avtalet &auml;r ett tre&aring;rigt avtal och g&auml;ller fr.o.m. den 1 maj 2017 t.o.m. den 30 april 2020.<\/p>\n<p>  Det totala avtalsv&auml;rdet ligger inom m&auml;rket 6,5 procent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>  Nedan f&ouml;ljer en information om f&ouml;r&auml;ndringarna i avtalet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&Ouml;NER<\/strong><br \/>  Det &auml;r tre l&ouml;nerevisionstillf&auml;llen under avtalsperioden och dessa infaller den 1 maj 2017, den 1 maj 2018 och den 1 maj 2019.<\/p>\n<p>H&auml;rvid bildas en allm&auml;n pott om 2 procent r&auml;knat p&aring; de grafiska medarbetarnas l&ouml;nesumma per den 30 april 2017 (varvid individgarantin &auml;r 323 kronor), om 2 procent r&auml;knat p&aring; de grafiska medarbetarnas l&ouml;nesumma per den 30 april 2018 (varvid individgarantin &auml;r 330 kronor) samt om 2 procent r&auml;knat p&aring; de grafiska medarbetarnas l&ouml;nesumma per den 30 april 2019 (varvid individgarantin &auml;r 338 kronor).<\/p>\n<p>Det noteras att en extra avs&auml;ttning till pension om 0,2 procent (f&ouml;r &aring;r 2017) och 0,3 procent (f&ouml;r &aring;r 2019) har avr&auml;knats fr&aring;n l&ouml;neutrymmet som annars hade varit 2,2 % f&ouml;r 2017 och 2,3 % f&ouml;r 2019. J&auml;mf&ouml;r rubriken &rdquo;&Ouml;vrigt&rdquo; nedan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&Auml;GSTL&Ouml;NER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Efter l&ouml;nerevision den 1 maj 2017 ska l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 65.4pt\">-L&auml;gst 16 711 kronor om medarbetaren senast den 30 april 2017 har fyllt 18 &aring;r. Om medarbetaren fyller 18 &aring;r under perioden 1 maj &#8211; 30 april 2018 ska l&ouml;nebeloppet g&auml;lla fr&aring;n den 1:a i m&aring;naden under vilken medarbetaren fyller &aring;r<br \/>  &#8211; Vid ett &aring;rs branschvana skall l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till l&auml;gst 19 380 kronor.<br \/>  -Vid 2 &aring;rs branschvana alternativt adekvat yrkesutbildning (avser minst 40 veckors utbildning) skall l&ouml;nen l&auml;gst uppg&aring; till 21 522 kronor.<\/p>\n<p>Efter l&ouml;nerevision den 1 maj 2018 ska l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 65.2pt\">&#8211; L&auml;gst 17 045 kronor om medarbetaren senast den 30 april 2018 har fyllt 18 &aring;r. Om medarbetaren fyller 18 &aring;r under perioden 1 maj &#8211; 30 april 2019 ska l&ouml;nebeloppet g&auml;lla fr&aring;n den 1:a i m&aring;naden under vilken medarbetaren fyller &aring;r.<br \/>  -Vid ett &aring;rs branschvana skall l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till l&auml;gst 19 768 kronor.<br \/>  -Vid 2 &aring;rs branschvana alternativt adekvat yrkesutbildning (avser minst 40 veckors utbildning) skall l&ouml;nen l&auml;gst uppg&aring; till 21 952 kronor.<\/p>\n<p>Efter l&ouml;nerevision den 1 maj 2019 ska l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 65.2pt\">-L&auml;gst 17 386 kronor om medarbetaren senast den 30 april 2019&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; har fyllt 18 &aring;r. Om medarbetaren fyller 18 &aring;r under perioden 1 maj &#8211; 30 april 2020 ska l&ouml;nebeloppet g&auml;lla fr&aring;n den 1:a i m&aring;naden under vilken medarbetaren fyller &aring;r.<br \/>  -Vid ett &aring;rs branschvana skall l&ouml;nen uppg&aring; till l&auml;gst 20 163 kronor.<br \/>  -Vid 2 &aring;rs branschvana alternativt adekvat yrkesutbildning (avser minst 40 veckors utbildning) skall l&ouml;nen l&auml;gst uppg&aring; till 22 391 kronor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALLM&Auml;NNA ANST&Auml;LLNINGSVILLKOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <strong>Arbetstidsf&ouml;rl&auml;ggning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avtalets reglering g&auml;llande f&ouml;rl&auml;ggning av ordinarie arbetstid f&ouml;r&auml;ndras p&aring; det s&auml;tt att genomsnittsber&auml;kningsperioden ut&ouml;kas fr&aring;n en m&aring;nad till sex veckor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omst&auml;llningstid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vid omorganisation som inneb&auml;r att en anst&auml;llning &auml;ndras endast i f&ouml;rh&aring;llande till syssels&auml;ttningsgraden ska medarbetaren ha r&auml;tt till en omst&auml;llningstid innan denne intr&auml;der i den l&auml;gre syssels&auml;ttningsgraden. Varaktig neds&auml;ttning av arbetstid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P&aring; avtalsomr&aring;det g&ouml;rs under avtalsperioden en extra pensionsavs&auml;ttning kopplad till Bilaga 7 &ndash; Varaktig neds&auml;ttning av arbetstid om totalt 0,5 %, vilket har avr&auml;knats fr&aring;n l&ouml;neutrymmet enligt ovan. Avs&auml;ttning g&ouml;rs med 0,2 % fr.o.m. den 1 maj 2017 och med 0,3 % fr.o.m. den 1 maj 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AVTALSTRYCK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kollektivavtalet kommer inte att tryckas i fysisk form.
