Part &auml;ger r&auml;tt att senast den 30 september 2018 s&auml;ga upp avtalet till upph&ouml;rande den 31 mars 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Avtalet &auml;r i niv&aring; med andra hittills tr&auml;ffade avtal p&aring; arbetsmarknaden, 6,5% f&ouml;rdelat p&aring; 3 &aring;r.<\/p>\n<h2><u>Detta inneb&auml;r att Fastighets dragit tillbaka samtliga strids&aring;tg&auml;rder.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>  L&Ouml;NEH&Ouml;JNINGAR<br \/>  L&ouml;ne&ouml;kningar under avtals&aring;ren 2017-04-01 &ndash; 2020-03-31.<\/h2>\n<p>Enas inte de lokala parterna om annat bildas ett l&ouml;neutrymme om <strong>550 kr<\/strong> per heltidsanst&auml;lld den 1 april 2017, <strong>588 kr <\/strong>den 1 april 2018 och <strong>600 kr<\/strong> den 1 april 2019.<\/p>\n<p>50 % av beloppen ovan utg&aring;r som generell l&ouml;ne&ouml;kning (individgaranti). nationaldagen infaller l&ouml;rdag eller s&ouml;ndag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kalender&aring;r n&auml;r nationaldagen infaller en l&ouml;rdag eller s&ouml;ndag har heltidsanst&auml;lld arbetstagare r&auml;tt till ledighet motsvarande en arbetsdag. F&ouml;r deltidsanst&auml;lld proportioneras ledigheten i f&ouml;rh&aring;llande till arbetstidens l&auml;ngd.<\/p>\n<p>De lokala parterna ska tr&auml;ffa &ouml;verenskommelse om hur ledigheten ska f&ouml;rl&auml;ggas.
