Avtalet kan s&auml;gas upp tredje avtals&aring;ret (1 juni 2017 &ndash; 31 maj 2020) under f&ouml;ruts&auml;ttning att avtalen f&ouml;r arbetare sagts upp f&ouml;re m&auml;rkess&auml;ttande f&ouml;rbund inom industrin. S&aring;dan upps&auml;gning ska senast ske den 30 november 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Avtalet &auml;r i niv&aring; med andra hittills tr&auml;ffade avtal p&aring; arbetsmarknaden, 6,5% f&ouml;rdelat p&aring; 3 &aring;r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detta inneb&auml;r att Fastighets och SEKO dragit tillbaka samtliga strids&aring;tg&auml;rder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&Ouml;NEH&Ouml;JNINGAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <strong>L&ouml;ne&ouml;kningar under avtals&aring;ren 2017-06-01 &ndash; 2020-05-31.<\/strong><br \/>  Enas inte de lokala parterna om annat bildas ett l&ouml;neutrymme om <strong>512 kr <\/strong>per heltidsanst&auml;lld den 1 juni 2017,<strong> 550 kr <\/strong>den 1 juni 2018 och <strong>550 kr <\/strong>den 1 juni 2019.<\/p>\n<p>F&ouml;r det fall det finns lokalt &ouml;verenskomna l&ouml;nebildningssystem g&auml;ller f&ouml;ljande.<br \/>  50 % av beloppen ovan utg&aring;r som generell l&ouml;ne&ouml;kning (individgaranti). Resterande 50 % utg&ouml;r del av potten och f&ouml;rdelas fritt av arbetsgivaren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&ouml;nereglering&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
