Avtalet g\u00e4ller under perioden 1 april 2017 &#8211; 31 mars 2020. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/app\/uploads\/imported\/Forhandlingsprotokoll-Fryshusforetag-avtalsprotokoll-2017-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"F\u00f6rhandlingsprotokoll Fryshusf\u00f6retag avtalsprotokoll 2017-2020.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">L&auml;nk till &ouml;verenskommelsen<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Det viktigaste inneh&aring;llet i avtalet &auml;r:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Avtalsperioden &auml;r 36 m&aring;nader, d&auml;r l&ouml;nerna revideras den 1 april 2017, den 1 april 2018 och den 1 april 2019.<\/li>\n<li>L&ouml;neutrymmet under perioden &ouml;kar med 1&nbsp;718 kronor och f&ouml;rdelas &ouml;ver &aring;ren med 569 kronor, 529 krononor respektive 620 kronor per m&aring;nad.<\/li>\n<li>F&ouml;rdelningen mellan generella och individuella l&ouml;ne&ouml;kningar varierar &ouml;ver &aring;ren.<\/li>\n<li>Minimil&ouml;ner h&ouml;js under perioden med 1&nbsp;594 kronor och f&ouml;rdelas &ouml;ver &aring;ren till 528 kronor, 491 kronor respektive 575 kr per m&aring;nad.<\/li>\n<li>Det blir m&ouml;jligt f&ouml;r de lokala parterna att komma &ouml;verens om en lokal l&ouml;nebildningsmodell.<\/li>\n<li>Lokala och centrala l&ouml;netill&auml;gg h&ouml;js inte 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"bmH\u00e4r\"><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L&ouml;ner f&ouml;rsta avtals&aring;ret 1 april 2017 &ndash; 31 mars 2018<\/h2>\n<h3>A &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Generell l&ouml;neh&ouml;jning<\/h3>\n<p>Fr&aring;n och med den 1 april 2017 h&ouml;js <strong>utg&aring;ende l&ouml;ner<\/strong> f&ouml;r anst&auml;llda som fyllt 18 &aring;r, med 455 kr per m&aring;nad (2,62 kronor per timme).<\/p>\n<p>I de fall en anst&auml;lld efter ovann&auml;mnda l&ouml;neh&ouml;jning har en l&ouml;n som understiger den nya minimil&ouml;nen ska utfyllnad g&ouml;ras upp till ny minimil&ouml;n enligt nedan.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fr&aring;n och med den 1 april 2017 h&ouml;js avtalets <strong>minimil&ouml;ner<\/strong> med 528 kr per m&aring;nad (3,03 kronor per timme).<\/p>\n<p>F&ouml;r tiden <strong>2017-04-01 &ndash; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 24 766&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>B &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; L&ouml;neutrymme f&ouml;r individuell f&ouml;rdelning (pott)<\/h3>\n<p>Ut&ouml;ver den generella h&ouml;jningen enligt ovan A ska f&ouml;r arbetstagare som fyllt 18 &aring;r ett l&ouml;neutrymme om i genomsnitt 65 &ouml;re per timme (114 kr per m&aring;nad) l&auml;ggas ut fr&aring;n och med den 1 april 2017.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I de fall de lokala parterna efter f&ouml;rhandlingar inte kan tr&auml;ffa en &ouml;verenskommelse om ber&auml;kning respektive f&ouml;rdelning har lokal part r&auml;tt att f&ouml;ra fr&aring;gan till central f&ouml;rhand&shy;ling. Om inte heller de centrala parterna kan enas ska potten f&ouml;rdelas generellt det vill s&auml;ga l&auml;ggas ut lika f&ouml;r alla med 65 &ouml;re per timme (114 kr per m&aring;nad).<\/p>\n<p>Part som &ouml;nskar f&ouml;rhandla om f&ouml;rdelning ska senast den <strong>18 augusti 2017<\/strong> beg&auml;ra f&ouml;rhandling hos den andra parten. Om s&aring;dan f&ouml;rhandling inte beg&auml;rs ska potten l&auml;ggas ut generellt. Beg&auml;ran om central f&ouml;rhandling ska vara motparten tillhanda senast den <strong>15 september 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Lokal l&ouml;nebildning<\/h3>\n<p>Lokala parter kan komma &ouml;verens om att disponera det sammanlagda utrymmet f&ouml;r utg&aring;ende l&ouml;ner och individuell f&ouml;rdelning som en lokal l&ouml;nebildning. L&ouml;neniv&aring;erna f&aring;r dock inte understiga l&ouml;nen i minimil&ouml;netabellen.<\/p>\n<p>De centrala parterna &auml;r positivt inst&auml;llda till att de lokala parterna arbetar med l&ouml;nebildning. Lokala parterna ges d&auml;rf&ouml;r m&ouml;jligheter att arbeta med lokal l&ouml;nebildningsmodell som ett alternativ till den modell som fastst&auml;llt i detta avtal.<\/p>\n<h3>&Ouml;vrigt<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Anst&auml;llningstidstill&auml;gg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arbetstagare som efter fyllda 18 &aring;r varit anst&auml;lld i f&ouml;retaget i fem &aring;r erh&aring;ller anst&auml;llningstill&auml;gg med 77 &ouml;re per timme.
