Ledigheten kan l&auml;ggas ut s&aring;v&auml;l i sammanh&auml;ngande veckor som i enskilda dagar, varvid fem dagar motsvarar en vecka. Fyra veckor ska dock alltid l&auml;ggas ut sammanh&auml;ngande under juni &ndash; augusti om inte annat &ouml;verenskommes. Om arbetstagare enligt semesterlagens regler anm&auml;ler &ouml;nske&shy;m&aring;l att spara en semestervecka tillf&ouml;rs ytterligare en arbetsvecka den tolvm&aring;nadersperiod d&aring; semestern annars skulle ha lagts ut.<\/li>\n<li>Om &aring;rsarbetstiden 1&nbsp;800 timmar under en tolvm&aring;naders&shy;period &ouml;verskrids betraktas &ouml;verskjutande timmar som &ouml;vertid och ers&auml;tts enligt reglerna i &sect; 5 mom 2.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Arbetstiden f&ouml;rl&auml;ggs mellan kl.&nbsp;06.00 och kl.&nbsp;24.00. Den ordinarie arbetstiden kan f&ouml;rskjutas till efter kl. 24.00 eller f&ouml;re 06.00, varvid ers&auml;ttning utg&aring;r enligt l&ouml;nebilaga.<\/p>\n<p>Tiden 00.00-06.00 definieras som natt i detta avtal.<\/p>\n<p>Den dagliga schemalagda arbetstiden f&aring;r inte &ouml;verstiga 10&nbsp;timmar per dag och den genomsnittliga schemalagda veckoarbetstiden under en fyraveckorsperiod f&aring;r inte &ouml;verstiga 50 eller understiga 30 timmar om inte annat lokalt &ouml;verenskommes. F&ouml;r en deltidsanst&auml;lld g&auml;ller att den genomsnittliga schemalagda veckoarbetstiden under en fyraveckorsperiod inte f&aring;r &ouml;ver- eller understiga den deltidsanst&auml;lldes ordinarie arbetstid med mer &auml;n 25 %.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc183406870\">Mom. 3&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sammanlagd arbetstid<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Den sammanlagda arbetstiden inklusive &ouml;vertid, mertid och jourtid f&aring;r uppg&aring; till h&ouml;gst 48 timmar per sjudagarsperiod i genomsnitt under en ber&auml;kningsperiod om h&ouml;gst fyra m&aring;nader.<\/p>\n<p>Genom lokal &ouml;verenskommelse kan ber&auml;knings&shy;perioden utstr&auml;ckas till tolv m&aring;nader med angivande av p&aring; vilket s&auml;tt kompensation ska ske.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Anm&auml;rkning:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Vid ber&auml;kning av den sammanlagda arbetstiden ska semester och sjukfr&aring;nvaro under tid d&aring; den anst&auml;llde annars skulle ha arbetat likst&auml;llas med fullgjord arbetstid.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc183406871\">Mom. 4&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Arbetstidsschema<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Arbetstidsschema ska i samverkan med de anst&auml;llda eller deras representanter fastst&auml;llas senast tv&aring; veckor f&ouml;re ny arbetsvecka. Tillf&auml;lliga &auml;ndringar i arbetstidsschema m&aring; undantagsvis ske p&aring; grund av sjukdomsfall eller andra d&auml;rmed j&auml;mf&ouml;rbara omst&auml;ndigheter utanf&ouml;r f&ouml;retagets kontroll. Om m&aring;ltidsrast inte l&auml;ggs ut ska den anst&auml;llde, d&aring; arbetspasset varar mer &auml;n fem timmar, beredas tillf&auml;lle till m&aring;ltidsuppeh&aring;ll. Anst&auml;lld har r&auml;tt till minst sex timmars ledighet mellan tv&aring; arbetspass.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc183406872\">Mom. 5&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Veckovila<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Den anst&auml;llde tillf&ouml;rs&auml;kras tv&aring; 24-timmarsperioder per sju&shy;dagarsperiod, om m&ouml;jligt sammanh&auml;ngande. Varannan sju&shy;dagarsperiod ska denna ledighet l&auml;ggas ut under perioden<br \/>  fredag &#8211; s&ouml;ndag. S&aring;dana dagar anges i arbetstidsschemat. De lokala parterna kan &ouml;verenskomma om annan utl&auml;ggning av ledigheten. S&aring;dan &ouml;verenskommelse kan &auml;ven tr&auml;ffas mellan arbetsgivaren och enskild arbetstagare avseende anst&auml;llningar d&auml;r arbetstiden huvudsakligen &auml;r f&ouml;rlagd till helger.<\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2>Mom. 6&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dygnsvila<\/h2>\n<p>Arbetstiden ska f&ouml;rl&auml;ggas s&aring; att den anst&auml;llde f&aring;r minst 11 timmars sammanh&auml;ngande dygnsvila per 24-timmarsperiod. Genom lokal eller enskild &ouml;verenskommelse kan avsteg fr&aring;n denna regel ske med angivande av p&aring; vilket s&auml;tt kompensation ska ske.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Till&auml;gg till mom. 5-6:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I de fall vid ber&auml;kning av vecka anv&auml;nds annan bryttidpunkt &auml;n kl 00.00 natten s&ouml;ndag &#8211; m&aring;ndag eller vid ber&auml;kning av dygn anv&auml;nds annan bryttidpunkt &auml;n kl 00.00 ska dessa bryttid&shy;punkter anv&auml;ndas konsekvent och framg&aring; av arbetstidsschemat.<\/p>\n<p>Vid avbrott t ex i samband med schema&auml;ndring kan bryttid&shy;punkterna &auml;ndras med beaktande av g&auml;llande viloperioder enligt mom. 5-6.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc183406874\">Mom. 7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; P&aring;b&ouml;rjad halvtimme<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Vid tidsber&auml;kning r&auml;knas, vid beordrat arbete, p&aring;b&ouml;rjad halv&shy;timme som hel halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc183406875\">Mom. 8&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Garanterad ers&auml;ttningstid<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Vid inst&auml;llelse till tj&auml;nstg&ouml;ring, undantaget lokalv&aring;rdsarbete och mekanikerarbete, garanteras 3&nbsp;timmars tj&auml;nstg&ouml;ringstid.<\/p>\n<p>Vid inst&auml;llelse f&ouml;r information p&aring; arbetsgivarens beg&auml;ran utg&aring;r ers&auml;ttning blott f&ouml;r den tid som tagits i anspr&aring;k, dock minst 1&nbsp;timme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protokollsanteckning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Med till&auml;mpning av &sect; 3 Arbetstidslagen (1982:673) har parterna enats om f&ouml;ljande &auml;ndringar och till&auml;gg:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 1cm\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Betr&auml;ffande r&auml;tt till kompensation f&ouml;r &ouml;vertid m&nbsp;m g&auml;ller avtalets l&ouml;nebilaga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 70.9pt\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Allm&auml;n mertid enligt &sect; 10 Arbetstidslagen f&aring;r uttagas med h&ouml;gst 200 timmar under ett kalender&aring;r. Tid som fullg&ouml;res vid vikariat vid t&nbsp;ex sjukdomsfall, semestrar etc r&auml;knas ej som mertid.<br \/>  Vid ut&ouml;kat arbetskraftsbehov ska i f&ouml;rsta hand deltids&shy;anst&auml;llda
