H\u00f6r av dig till oss p\u00e5 Medief\u00f6retagen, vi vill g\u00e4rna ta del av dina tankar.<\/p>\n<p>I Sverige \u00e4r det arbetsgivare tillsammans med fackf\u00f6rbunden som kommer \u00f6verens om villkoren i kollektivavtal som b\u00e5de ers\u00e4tter och kompletterar svensk lagstiftning. Under avtalsr\u00f6relsen f\u00f6rhandlar arbetsgivare och fackf\u00f6rbund fram nya avtal \u2013 de h\u00e4r f\u00f6rhandlingarna kallas f\u00f6r avtalsf\u00f6rhandlingar. Genom kollektivavtalen skapar vi ordning och reda p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden och vi f\u00e5r l\u00e5ngsiktiga spelregler, n\u00e5got som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r b\u00e5de f\u00f6retag och anst\u00e4llda. Tillsammans kan vi skapa en starkare arbetsmarknad!<\/p>\n<p>Medief\u00f6retagen kommer att teckna 20 kollektivavtal under v\u00e5ren och med dina inspel kan vi f\u00e5 \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre tryck i f\u00f6rhandlingarna. Medief\u00f6retagens styrelse har utsett en delegation f\u00f6r varje kollektivavtalsomr\u00e5de och det \u00e4r delegationen som i slut\u00e4ndan beslutar om vilka yrkanden som ska \u00f6verl\u00e4mnas f\u00f6r varje avtalsomr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n<p>Utifr\u00e5n dina erfarenheter (som arbetsgivarrepresentant) av hur kollektivavtalets regler fungerar i vardagen vill vi att du skickar in f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar till <a href=\"mailto:Avtal23@medief\u00f6retagen.se\">Avtal23@medief\u00f6retagen.se<\/a>.
