Under avtalsr\u00f6relsen f\u00f6rhandlar arbetsgivare och fack fram nya avtal \u2013 de h\u00e4r f\u00f6rhandlingarna kallas f\u00f6r avtalsf\u00f6rhandlingar.<\/p>\n<p>Tack vare kollektivavtalen skapar vi ordning och reda p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden och vi f\u00e5r l\u00e5ngsiktiga spelregler. N\u00e5got som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r b\u00e5de f\u00f6retag och anst\u00e4llda. Tillsammans kan vi skapa en starkare arbetsmarknad.<\/p>\n<p>Vi str\u00e4var efter de b\u00e4sta f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna f\u00f6r b\u00e5de f\u00f6retagare och medarbetare. Att erbjuda attraktiva villkor \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r kompetensf\u00f6retagens framg\u00e5ng. Tillsammans skapar vi en bra arbetsmarknad under avtalsf\u00f6rhandlingarna.<\/p>\n<p>I avtalsr\u00f6relsen 2023 kommer Almega att teckna sammanlagt 130 avtal. Kompetensf\u00f6retagen tecknar fem av dessa kollektivavtal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bemanningsavtalet f\u00f6r arbetare (LO-f\u00f6rbunden)<\/li>\n<li>Bemanningsavtalet f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n (Unionen\/Akademikerf\u00f6rbunden)<\/li>\n<li>Bemanningsavtalet f\u00f6r l\u00e4kare (Sveriges l\u00e4karf\u00f6rbund)<\/li>\n<li>Bemanningsavtalet f\u00f6r v\u00e5rd (V\u00e5rdf\u00f6rbundet)<\/li>\n<li>Bemanningsavtalet f\u00f6r l\u00e4rare (L\u00e4rarnas Riksf\u00f6rbund\/L\u00e4rarf\u00f6rbundet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som ett led i f\u00f6rberedelsearbetet inf\u00f6r avtalsf\u00f6rhandlingarna kan du som \u00e4r medlem hos Kompetensf\u00f6retagen skicka in f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 avtalsyrkaden till <a href=\"mailto:avtal23@kompetensforetagen.se\">avtal23@kompetensforetagen.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kompetensf\u00f6retagens personalchefsn\u00e4tverk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi vill \u00e4ven p\u00e5minna om att den 6 december \u00e4r du som \u00e4r personaldirekt\u00f6r, personalchef, HR-chef, HR-direkt\u00f6r eller Head of labour law v\u00e4lkommen till premi\u00e4ren f\u00f6r Kompetensf\u00f6retagens personalchefsn\u00e4tverk.<\/p>\n<p>Syftet \u00e4r att du ska f\u00e5 ta del av relevanta \u00e4mnen inom arbetsr\u00e4tten samt f\u00e5 en m\u00f6jlighet att tr\u00e4ffa andra i motsvarande befattning fysiskt och diskutera aktuella \u00e4mnen och utmaningar inom arbetsr\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ui.ungpd.com\/Events\/92cc0d89-9519-49d3-9cd1-e71b04b83bfd?AccountId=80c3f4ee-ea94-48d9-9309-996d1dbba911&amp;ContactId=73ff7080-dbaa-433d-b28e-5709365a20c0&amp;IssueId=166c0ec9-8562-4aa1-9fa8-b3b58ff0dd5a&amp;ir=b4138d21-2df4-4eb7-bf14-4f32e057f2a8\">Anm\u00e4l dig h\u00e4r<\/a> f\u00f6re 1 december\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I Sverige \u00e4r det arbetsgivare tillsammans med fackf\u00f6rbunden som kommer \u00f6verens om villkoren i kollektivavtal.
