Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r dock ingenting nytt, liknande regler har funnits i LAS sedan tidigare (LAS \u00a7 6c). Men nu blir det v\u00e4sentligt mer skriftlig information som arbetsgivare ska l\u00e4mna till alla nyanst\u00e4llda, \u00e4ven till f\u00f6retagsledare, och till dem som ska arbeta utomlands. Mallar f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llningsavtal kommer d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att beh\u00f6va \u00e4ndras. Till skillnad emot tidigare s\u00e5 g\u00e4ller kraven p\u00e5 skriftlig information \u00e4ven vid korta anst\u00e4llningar. Det finns tv\u00e5 olika tidpunkter som \u00e4r viktiga; sju dygn och en m\u00e5nad fr\u00e5n anst\u00e4llningen tilltr\u00e4ds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Inom Almega har vi valt modellen att ut\u00f6ka informationen i v\u00e5ra anst\u00e4llningsavtalsmallar, s\u00e5 att medarbetaren f\u00e5r all information d\u00e4r.
