Som st\u00e4ller helt andra krav p\u00e5 arbetslivet \u00e4n tidigare generationer, med fokus p\u00e5 mer mjuka v\u00e4rden som goda arbetsvillkor snarare \u00e4n befordran och bonus. Ett kollektivavtal kan hj\u00e4lpa.<\/p>\n\n<p>Framtidens jurister vill ha ett stimulerande och intressant jobb som rimmar med \u00f6vriga v\u00e4rderingar och prioriteringar i livet. Detta visar bland annat Norstedts rapport \u201dFramtidens jurist\u201d med 3 500 respondenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r juristerna rankade vilka faktorer som var de viktigaste f\u00f6r dem i arbetslivet hamnade ett motiverande bonussystem l\u00e4gst, valt av endast tv\u00e5 procent, och endast tre procent valde m\u00f6jligheter till del\u00e4garskap. S\u00e5v\u00e4l inspiration fr\u00e5n intressanta kunder och case som \u201dwork-life balance\u201d prioriterades d\u00e4remot av hela 55 procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r jurister mellan 23 och 49 r \u00e4r work-life balance s\u00e4rskilt viktigt. 66 procent mellan 23 och 29 \u00e5r skattar work-life balance som n\u00e5got av det viktigaste i arbetslivet. F\u00f6r 30\u201349-\u00e5ringar \u00e4r det 64 procent. Unga m\u00e4nniskor tycker det \u00e4r viktigare med j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet och en bra arbetsmilj\u00f6. Det \u00e4r inte alltid en h\u00f6g titel, bonus eller del\u00e4garskap som \u00e4r det viktigaste l\u00e4ngre. Utan \u00e4ven andra delar som hur man har det p\u00e5 jobbet, och om man hinner med sin familj och sina fritidsintressen, s\u00e4ger Ulrika Husmark, professionsanalytiker p\u00e5 Akavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hela 85 procent av juristerna anser ocks\u00e5 att arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste hitta nya s\u00e4tt att motivera sina anst\u00e4llda f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla dem. Det g\u00e4ller att t\u00e4nka i nya banor, annars finns en risk att det blir sv\u00e5rt att rekrytera och beh\u00e5lla n\u00e4sta generation av medarbetare. Det kan till och med bli en positiv snackis p\u00e5 stan bland unga jurister, s\u00e4ger Ulrika Husmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dagens unga jurister st\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 h\u00f6gre krav p\u00e5 faktorer som j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet och m\u00e5ngfald. Fler kvinnor \u00e4n m\u00e4n anser dessutom att arbetet kr\u00e4ver s\u00e5 mycket att det \u00f6vriga livet p\u00e5verkas negativt. Samtidigt \u00e4r majoriteten av nyexaminerade jurister kvinnor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 M\u00e5nga byr\u00e5er vill ocks\u00e5 jobba aktivt med j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsfr\u00e5gor och d\u00e5 ger kollektivavtalet en skjuts. Vill man fylla ut f\u00f6r\u00e4ldral\u00f6n till exempel, s\u00e5 finns det redan med i avtalet. N\u00e5gon annan har redan gjort jobbet att fundera ut vad som \u00e4r ett smart s\u00e4tt att l\u00e4gga upp det p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett helt nytt kollektivavtal, Juristavtalet, tecknades strax innan \u00e5rsskiftet mellan Akavia och Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen.
