F\u00f6rbindelsen \u00e4r beroende av ryska j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gar och risken \u00e4r p\u00e5taglig att varorna d\u00e4rmed fastnar i Ryssland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 J\u00e4rnv\u00e4gstransporter \u00e4r i praktiken inte ett alternativ. Dels \u00e4r det i stort sett om\u00f6jligt att f\u00f6ra ut varor fr\u00e5n Ryssland till Europa. Dessv\u00e4rre upplevde den globala rederin\u00e4ringen kapacitetsproblem redan innan Rysslands invasion av Ukraina, fr\u00e4mst orsakad av containerbrist. Nu p\u00e5verkas sj\u00f6transporterna ytterligare av kriget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Omkring 15 procent av sj\u00f6m\u00e4nnen i den globala handelsflottan kommer fr\u00e5n Ukraina eller Ryssland. Detta inneb\u00e4r att ukrainska sj\u00f6m\u00e4n kan bli inkallade och fartyg med rysk association l\u00f6per stor risk att f\u00e5 problem att lasta och lossa varor, s\u00e4ger David W\u00e4stberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utbudet av transportalternativ har allts\u00e5 minskat drastiskt. F\u00f6rutom h\u00f6ga drivmedelskostnader inneb\u00e4r kriget att chauff\u00f6rer fr\u00e5n Ukraina, Ryssland och Belarus inte l\u00e4ngre kan k\u00f6ra i Europa. Vidare har EU:s mobilitetspakt nyligen inf\u00f6rts och till\u00e4mpas nu f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Mobilitetspakten inneb\u00e4r att en chauff\u00f6r m\u00e5ste \u00e5terv\u00e4nda till sitt hemland var fj\u00e4rde vecka och lastbilen m\u00e5ste \u00e5terv\u00e4nda var \u00e5ttonde vecka. En stor del av v\u00e4rldens urea produceras i Ryssland och Ukraina och nu b\u00f6rjar de europeiska lagren att sina. Utan tillsatsen kommer fordon inte att leva upp till sin milj\u00f6klassning, effekten kommer att reduceras och i vissa fall kommer de inte ens g\u00e5 att starta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Sammantaget inneb\u00e4r detta b\u00e5de dyrare och os\u00e4krare transporter. F\u00f6rsenade leveranser kan komma att leda till tillf\u00e4llig brist p\u00e5 vissa varor.
